Great hotel, friendly staff, extremely clean rooms, conveniently located to many different food and entertainment places. Only con is the traffic on that street so it’s a little congested but that’s to be expected for midtown

This was truly a beautiful experience. The staff for the most part were nice, friendly, and professional. It was relaxing and it’s so cute inside. I love a hotel with personality! And it’s so convenient and in the perfect spot near stores and eating places if you’re wanting a new spot to eat at Politan Row is connected to the hotel as well.

While the rooms are clean and the decor is trendy, the rooms are, on the whole, pretty loud. This was my third time staying at this hotel, and you'll definitely want to use a white noise app or sound machine.

The toilet, sink and shower faucet’s were noisy. We could hear a loud noise in the pipes from other rooms all night long. The front desk staff were not the friendliest. At check-in the associate just stared at me until I said I was checking in. There was no greeting, welcome, or anything. He then proceeded to comment about our sports team that we were wearing in a slightly disparaging way. I guess he was trying to be funny, but it was dry and sarcastic. Not the best approach at check in.

The aesthetics was absolutely beautiful. My only complaint was there was this weird high-pitched beeping noise in our hotel room that made it hard to sleep
