Don't confuse this with Westin Hotels.
Place is clean enough. Elevator STAYS broke down. So, this is just a little rehabilitated hotel. Paint smell is really strong. I was in a hurry and reserved this thinking it was a Westin Hotel. DON'T make that mistake, it is not.

Frustrating.
(2) people at the desk, yet they had me use a kiosk to check in. I could barely understand the person on the other end and the front desk was talking over them. Elevator was out of service. I had to carry my bags up the stairs. Room key didn't work, I had to then carry my bags back downstairs. They didn't believe me that the room key didn't work so they went up the stairs with me to check the key. It didn't work, they had me wait in the hall while they went and got a new key. Then the remote to the tv did not work. The phone in the room didn't work so I had to go downstairs to tell them. They brought a new remote it worked momentarily, then it didn't needless to say, I also had to redress to go downstairs and once again have them come to my room to check. Ultimately, they had to move me to another room not a King as requested, but a double. Very FRUSTRATING after a long drive and a long day.

The bed linens were stained. Smelled like cologne of a man on the bed. Mold in shower. Reeked of cigarettes all through the property

We only stayed for two days because it was a short trip but overall it was pretty good & quiet the Check-in kiosks was different but the coffee weak.

To start off the computer check-in was terrible. Everybody had trouble with it. At one time you could see it was a nice place but the maintenance like the window shades wouldn’t go up and down bathroom door wouldn’t lock bathroom floor was dirty. Amenities like coffee or anything in your room.

This place makes a hospital room seem warm and comfortable. From the vinyl floors to the stark lighting this place is industrial and dreadful. To be fair, it’s clean.
