For one night stay near the airport. It was fine. Unfortunately, we decided to have a sandwich in their restaurant and it took 50 minutes. For two chicken sandwiches. They were out of pizza, pasta, and fries.

Excited for my next visit.
It was a brief stay in Atlanta. I wanted to be near the airport for convenience. I could see the planes take off and land from my window. The mattress is the deal breaker for me! I was so comfortable in that bed. The room was spotless. The entire hotel was clean and well kept. The staff was warm and friendly. The food was awesome! I appreciated the onsite restaurant and bar.

The service at the reception desk was awful. The young woman who checked me in was trying to multitask when she could not handle one task well. I was disturbed several times during the night and early morning by someone from the reception desk knocking on my door and calling my room saying that I had been put in the wrong room and that I owed additional funds. I complained when I checked out but have heard nothing from the hotel.

Hotel was wonderful. Shuttle to and from the airport was less than reliable. Driver in the morning gave the impression that if I didn’t tip him he wouldn’t take me to the airport. Took me directly to the ATM. Outside of that the place was great. Food was great and staff was friendly. Room was fine except the bathroom was a little snug.
