I booked a king bed and was given a 2 single bed! The bed was so small that my Husband and myself was falling off 😠 😡 I went back and asked for what i booked and clerk said because i booked with a 3rd party they can't do anything, because they're over booked and have to assign the king beds to there members first! I didnt ask all that! I needed what I booked and Paid for If you're over booked dont allow third parties to continue to book your hotel

I reserved this hotel as we had an event to attend on a Friday night in downtown Alpharetta. This was within 3 miles and was much more reasonably priced than many other options which were only marginally closer. It is located just off GA 400 but I never heard any related traffic noise. Parking is in the hotel's lot which seemed ample. There are quite a number of restaurants nearby, several within walking distance. There is also a fine dining restaurant (Cabernet) located right next door, but we did not eat there (we had dined there before). There are 100s of places to eat within a few miles. Our check in (around 4 p.m.) was quick. We got a room on the 3rd floor at the end of the hallway. It was quiet and spacious. The sink was located outside the bathroom, which can be convenient. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was served from 7 - 9 a.m. (on Saturday; weekdays may be different). While they had an average variety of items, some of them had that 'from the freezer' quality. The English muffin and the yogurt were fine. Breakfast was the only part of the stay that I thought could easily have been better.

I liked it was in a nice, and quiet area. Convenient to the freeway and, walking distance to shops and eating. Other shops and eating in a short driving distance. What i didnt like is the rooms are kinda dated.

My room was dusty. Dust on the alarm clock, tissue box, tv. There was string on the floors were it appeared that they did not vacuum. My room was across from the main office. The employees were laughing and talking in the hallway at full volume at 3am. When I checked in as a single woman there was a table of 4 men with a pack of beer that they were well into. The woman announced my room location.

Find a different place to stay not worth the money
The room is nice. Checked in and was told breakfast was from 7-10. Went down at 915 to find no breakfast except for crumbs, no coffee, asked about more food and was told breakfast ends at 9:30. Several of us stated the site says 10 and she proceeded to tell us she didn’t care what it said breakfast is over at 9:30. Very unpleasant attitudes at the front desk. Later inquired about the shuttle service since we were going to a concert only to be informed that no one was working that could drive the shuttle. So I stated basically the website is a lie and she pretty much said yep it sure is. Will never stay at another Hyatt Place again!

My husband and I have been staying at this particular Hyatt for 15 years and this last visit was so disappointing. The toilet was shut off and then after flushing it would leak water everywhere. It was too late at night to change rooms. They must have known that the toilet was leaking because they had the water shut off to the toilet when we got there. We told the lady at the front desk. She didn’t seem real surprised. Also, free breakfast is supposed to go to 10:00 am and my husband got downstairs at 9:30 and they had shut it down. Not going back unfortunately 😞

Once I arrived at the property, my room was not ready. My bed had no bedding and the room dirty STILL. To make matter worst, there was a kid running up and down the hallway crying. I let the staff know & asked if i could move, they were not helpful. Please save your money and go somewhere you wont leave feeling ripped off. Huge waste of money and a disrespect to the Hyatt name.
