I have stayed at many Hyatt Places around the country, this is the worst. The rooms are cramped, to much future for the little space. The bathrooms are tiny, the showers and toilet are so close together , the shower are extremely tiny. I had to switch to a bathtub ( not much bigger) and two queens from my king. The lady’s I spoke with were both unfriendly and not helpful or informative ( one beginning on her phone). Upon check in nothing was communicated to me I had to specifically ask (breakfast times, location of amenities etc) I asked for a call from the hotel manager but never received one. All around very poor experience will not stay there again.

Very incompetent staff , barely spoke any English , charged me 3 times , 3 different transactions security deposit, didn’t know how to operate the computer , manager was annoyed when called to resolve the issue, still didn’t fix it

Hyatt Place has some of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept on in a hotel. The room was very well situated and the layout was great. The only issue with the room was that it was located very close to the area where they make food for the folks at the bar and it did get pretty loud.

I stayed at the Hilton the 2 nights prior and couldn’t get any sleep. Granted this was a Monday night but it was wonderful. The towels were not as plush, the shampoo etc. less quality… but I don’t care! I would choose the Hyatt!!!

Nice clean and tucked away hotel , but the view from the street needed to be more visible if your not paying attention you can miss the hotel .

We stayed one night at Hyatt Place Atlanta Norcross. The sink faucet was inverted, and both the bed and couch made squeaky noises with the slightest movement. The pillows were low quality and not fluffy. The restroom door didn’t close properly. While the room size was decent, the design wasn't very well thought out. I would prefer other hotels before returning here.

The rooms are very spacious. They have a mini refrigerator and coffee maker in the rooms. I didn't like that there was no microwave and you had to pay for parking. We ending up having to stay another day and they were able to accommodate us and we were able to keep our same rooms. Overall it was a good hotel and pet friendly.
