The early staff front desk member was unapologetically unwilling to assist us, she was unprofessional and surly. There was a water decanter in the lobby without water. We asked for complimentary water and were told the hotel was out of water. Later we saw an elite patron get water. We were elite and did not, nor did the staff member fill the decanter. The male who later took over her shift was helpful and overcompensated for the earlier front desk member. He filled the decanter. The experience will make me rethink my stay at another Hyatt.

I was in town for a wedding this weekend. The room was nice and clean, the hotel is right next to the mal which was great.. the only problem I had was that my TV needed to be reset a few times.

While the overall facility was fine, my room had concerns. I asked that my room be cleaned again because of a bug that was found in my daughter’s bed. That was done however, whoever cleaned the room left the dirty cleaning rag in the room. The microwave in the lobby also needs to be cleaned on a regular basis. It was disgusting!

I would rate this property a solid 10/10 very convenient to shopping mall and restaurants. The staff was friendly and the bar food and drinks was delicious. The free breakfast was also a highlight.
