Toilet leaking......
My family found the restroom toilet leaking problem and report to front desk 9: 30pm But, until 10:30pm no one responded. So, i have been front desk again and asked the worker please call manager for solve the problem. After that (I looking for manager), they want to change the room. My kid need to sleep but 10:40pm we have to move to other room....

The whole family enjoyed our stay. We had a room that had two beds and a pullout sofa bed that accommodated our whole family. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had one of if not the best shower I cane remember having in a hotel room. The breakfast was good and had many choices. The front desk attendant I believe was the manager AJ was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Terrible Air flow in the room. It was 3 of us and we booked room with 2 beds, but when we arrived we were told that they only had a room with 1 king bed and there is a pull out sofa, ok, we thought it would be fine, but they didn't even have a blanket for 3d person, which we paid for. Breakfast was terrible, scrambled eggs tasted like garbage, coffee was awful, paper plates and cups didn't help. I would never again book something like that.

I have stayed at the Hyatt in other locations and have always found the breakfast to be exceptional, unfortunately that was not the case at the Hyatt at John's Creek. The location is ideal, and the short walking track behind the hotel is really nice, but the breakfast is lacking. Unfortunately, this will be our last stay at a Hyatt.
