Solid hotel for the family and I. Breakfast wasn’t the best but it was warm and filled our bellies. Lots of different cultural food options around. Would recommend.

All the staff encountered was friendly. The breakfast was actually good. It was quiet in the hotel and around it with easy parking and access to main roads with shopping. The room was clean with a few exceptions, but not anything that was a deal breaker for me and my kids. They gave plenty of towels for 4 people. Overall, it was a good stay. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll likely stay again.

When I arrived the power was out. The utility company was working on the issue but couldn’t guarantee when it would be fixed. I went and had dinner yet when I returned the power was still out. They suggested I find another hotel. I called hotels.com after finding another hotel . I gave them the reservation number from my confirmation email which you claim was not valid????? I called again the next day with the same response? YOU HAVE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD ! Lousy lousy customer service . Never will I book with such a terrible company again . ALL PROPLE NEED TO BE AWARE !

I was itchy while I was staying there could’ve been bed bugs. there were two separate occasions that I saw a cockroaches. They didn’t want to do anything about it other than offer me roach spray to spray MYSELF! the fire alarm went off three separate times in the middle of the night over the course of four days.

Worn out Hyatt. The room smelled damp, the carpet is old and dirty, the bathroom door was probably scratched by an animal on the inside. The AC was terribly loud. Disappointing for this brand name.
