Everything here was amazing! Front desk clerk was awesome and got us settled, room was nice and clean and quiet. Close to several shopping centers and not too far from Emory Hospital.

Awful Check In. No chime or cashapp accepted

The hotel is fine. Staff is great. But the owner of the hotel doesn’t accept chime or cashapp cards which is a gigantic inconvenience. I booked through hotels.com on my chime card. When I get to the hotel, the charge is already pending on my chime card, but they tell me they can’t accept it. I need to pay with a different card. I had to wait for the refund to come back to me before I could check in. Hotels.com says nothing about this policy on their website for this hotel. It was an awful check in experience. I will not recommend a hotel where you can’t use certain cards.

No TV

My TV did not work. I called about it and they said they couldn't do anything about it and if that was all right..... No that's not alright. I paid almost $200 for this room and I can't even relax and watch TV. Customer service attitude was horrible.
