No sheets on sofa mattress Trash under mattress Stains on mattress Trash under chair No blanket or pillows for sofa mattress Shower has mold growing in it Remote not working in bedroom Door knobs falling off to bathroom Cards did not work right half the time Worst stay we have ever had. We had to go buy an air mattress just so kids had somewhere to sleep because the sofa mattress was disgusting and unsleepable. No way I would let them sleep on that dirty floor.

Property charged a $400 fee because they said the smoke detector was tripped. There was no smoking in the room, no alarm, no damages/clean up. Hotel was musky and smelly. Filed an appeal, but no response.

I’ll keep this story short Around the end of my stay I checked out early in order to be early to my flight gate I noticed upon leaving I never received a receipt or anything which I didn’t think anything of But as i was driving I noticed some of my valuable belongings were still inside the room So I call the hotel and tell them I’ll be coming back to get my belongings and at what value it was they should be looking for. They agreed. When I got to the front desk it was a complete disaster as the manager could not find my belongings as if they were not turned in The mans name starts with a D and he’s been working at this location for some time. He calls his employees and asks about the belongings and she replies with “we looked all over and we didn’t see anything” so with great concern I look to management again. He escorts me to the room where I find my things that were said to not be inside. I say thank you and leave. I check my bank account the next day and two 400$ charges were billed to my bank statement additional to what I already paid to stay and my deposit. So 800$ extra was charged to my card When I called the hotel the woman that answered was not caring and gave me a corporate number to contact. The manager scammed and took my claim down I had to get a new bank card and file a claim with my bank because hotel lied and said the charges were from a 3rd party and corporate said it was the hotel on a recorded line for the record This is depressing and you will be scammed

I would rather sleep in my car than stay here.
The room was absolutely not prepared or equipped. The sheets were dirty, and you could tell that someone had slept in it beforehand and they just made the bed without cleaning or checking anything! There was leftover chocolate wrappers near the microwave, and there was trash in the bins still. The customer service was horrible as the staff I dealt with were snappy, and sassy. Moreover, later at night when I checked for the security deposit, I found out the woman that checked us in had took an extra $57 for herself! Thankfully they gave it back, but it’s unfortunate that such a thing would have happened.
