The property did not exist. The phone of the host was disconnected. We were given no help with your chat system. We have disputed the charge. We ended up having to get hotel rooms. Bitter disappointment.

Good location but needs deep clean
Stayed over Christmas holiday to be near family. Apartment was a good size but really needs a deep cleaning. The floors, carpets, and couches (between cushions) were well below expectations. Location was great but bathroom floors had hairballs, base boards full of dust and hair and carpets were just as bad. Kitchen was ok (but needs spoons). Could be really good unit if cleaned appropriately.
