Where do I start. Room on 4th floor, the hallway smelled really bad, upon entering room, it smelled like a sewer. It’s freezing temps outside and heater didn’t work, blowing warm air, bathroom was freezing, with dirty moldy tub and toilet, couldn’t even shower. I checked in late and didn’t sleep the whole night, I felt so gross, I didn’t get to shower, didn’t even get out my clothes. Remote for tv doesn’t work, phone in room doesn’t work, maintenance guy looks dirty, smelled of weed and can’t fix nothing trying to hit on me, very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. This was my second try of hotels in that vicinity that was horrible. If it wasn’t so cold out, I’d sleep in my car, it really didn’t serve its purpose as I couldn’t shower, get comfortable or get some rest for my business meeting next morning.

Manager gave me a quiet room in the corner at the top floor upon request. Took awhile for the water to get hot in shower. Tub had cigarette burn marks. Has community microwaves on each floor. View was of a school bus graveyard. But overall, no issues, bed was comfortable and I really wanted peace and quiet and got it.

Worst room ever.

We left Florida ahead of hurricane Milton so we did not arrive until after 3 in the morning. My elderly mother was very tired as was I and we were looking forward to getting some sleep. We had been in the road for around 10 hours. When we opened the door to our room the smell was overwhelming. The heat was on and it smelled like mildew. We found the carpet was wet by the bed and in front of the bathroom. The bathroom floor was soaking wet. There was a dehumidifier on the floor but it was not on. When I went to ask to change rooms I was told there was none. I was too tired to drive any further so we stayed. The sheets did not seem very clean on the beds. My mother and I did not get much sleep because of the lingering smell. The breakfast was not that great either. The doughnuts and mini muffins did not taste fresh. The apple juice tasted like water with a hint of apple. It was also messy by the waffle making station and there was no syrup. There was no one at the desk when we left to complain too. The room should have never been available. The person who checked us in seemed surprised that the floor was wet. I find it hard to believe that they did not know the condition of the room.

Checking in was so unwelcoming and unprofessional. When I checked into my room, I realize the room was not cleaned at all, used towels on the floor, used sheets on the bed. I called lobby and I asked for a new room. It took so long for them to give me a new room, but they gave me a room. But even clean room they say was a dirty room. I would never ever stay here again.

Twice i waited for 15 mins at the desk no service, checking in and checking out, then I was charged additional monies beside just the fees taken for room through the app, and this tally sheet has nothing to do with The App, and is in addition to what was charged through App. So I received no discounts and in fact was charged double! How is that? If I had knew prior I would not have paid and wasted the other additional monie to be here at that location

The property is advertised as having a pool and fitness center both of which were not accessible. The pool is currently green and slimy. The microwave i received was falling apart. The free hot breakfast was very limited. One morning there were no fruits. I received no bath towels at first. The room constantly smelled like smoke even though the property is advertised as smoke free.
