Worst room ever.
We left Florida ahead of hurricane Milton so we did not arrive until after 3 in the morning. My elderly mother was very tired as was I and we were looking forward to getting some sleep. We had been in the road for around 10 hours. When we opened the door to our room the smell was overwhelming. The heat was on and it smelled like mildew. We found the carpet was wet by the bed and in front of the bathroom. The bathroom floor was soaking wet. There was a dehumidifier on the floor but it was not on. When I went to ask to change rooms I was told there was none. I was too tired to drive any further so we stayed. The sheets did not seem very clean on the beds. My mother and I did not get much sleep because of the lingering smell. The breakfast was not that great either. The doughnuts and mini muffins did not taste fresh. The apple juice tasted like water with a hint of apple. It was also messy by the waffle making station and there was no syrup. There was no one at the desk when we left to complain too. The room should have never been available. The person who checked us in seemed surprised that the floor was wet. I find it hard to believe that they did not know the condition of the room.

Checking in was so unwelcoming and unprofessional. When I checked into my room, I realize the room was not cleaned at all, used towels on the floor, used sheets on the bed. I called lobby and I asked for a new room. It took so long for them to give me a new room, but they gave me a room. But even clean room they say was a dirty room. I would never ever stay here again.

Twice i waited for 15 mins at the desk no service, checking in and checking out, then I was charged additional monies beside just the fees taken for room through the app, and this tally sheet has nothing to do with The App, and is in addition to what was charged through App. So I received no discounts and in fact was charged double! How is that? If I had knew prior I would not have paid and wasted the other additional monie to be here at that location

The property is advertised as having a pool and fitness center both of which were not accessible. The pool is currently green and slimy. The microwave i received was falling apart. The free hot breakfast was very limited. One morning there were no fruits. I received no bath towels at first. The room constantly smelled like smoke even though the property is advertised as smoke free.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I would never recommend anyone to stay there the smell was terrible my floor was soaking wet from the toilet overflowing and I was given one towel half and a dirty rag this was the worst experience of my life

The property is listed as having an outdoor pool. That is one of the reasons why I chose it. however, upon checking in, I was informed that the pool was close for repairs. And this on a hot summer day. Also, breakfast selection could’ve been better. Stale bagels and doughnuts.

The property wasn’t unique at all matter fact they need to close this hotel no maintenance on duty no house keepers I asked for non smoking room and the room we got furniture was torn up cigarette debris where they had been put out all over tub and awful smell like death and change room and hot water did not work had to go buy bleach and disinfectant cleaner to find out no hot water I don’t no what I was thinking trying to get a deal I no that In Nashville our quality inn is on point clean nice and ready for u stay comfortable they need codes and Expedia need to take this off there site 3rd and 4th floor nasty and unsafe and when u go to talk to front desk nobody know English well for u to understand why they was not trying to satisfy me when the property was not up to par this is first place ever in my entire life where I can say very very low budget

Pool didn’t work and never was notified about it with it being 90 degrees outside couldn’t sit no where on the patio. Breakfast was trash, literally 3 go gurts in fridge, 1-2 mini muffin and bagel , leaking waffle maker, no eggs, no meat, 2-3 pieces of toast available, Apple juice, orange juice, coffee and no hot water for tea. No where to sit outside for fresh air! Property was shaggy in side and out! My microwave was dirty and rusted had to get it replaced. Toilet didn’t work properly my whole time staying there, so I left three days earlier and got no refund compensation or explanation etc..

They must cater to more of an unsavory crowd, they have so many different forms of paperwork to sign before they check you in, the hotel is a bit rundown, and their shuttle service to the airport is sorely lacking, as the Times are only 6 AM to 8 PMp
