Great entry but that is where the greatness ends.
The lobby and dining area were beautiful but unfortunately that beauty and cleanliness did not go into the rooms. The toiled had poop in it, there was clumps of hair in the bathroom, pieces of food on the floor in the bed area, 2 roaches that we saw in the room, no hot water and only 2 towel for 4 people. I asked for more towels and the GM looked at me like I had 3 heads. The GM also said he couldn't check me in and had to wait for who I assumed was the owner or famy of the owner to check us in. When I checked out and told the clerk there was no hot water, he seem to not care in the slightest that our stay was less than stellar and brushed off my complaint. The beds were very well worn and it seemed as if the renovationo ey went into making the entry beautiful but only dressing up the well worn room to seem pretty.

Dirt along baseboard of bed. Presumed bodily fluid splashed on wall and baseboard. Shower got hot then freezing cold then hot again. Was told by front desk to just let the water run five minutes before showering.

The property was a decent value and convenient to Truist Park. It looked remodeled and updated. For an overnight stay, it fit the bill. We didn't swim, but the pool looked very nice. As for things we didn't like, there were several things. An exterior door was propped open with a rock, which would allow anyone to come in. We were on the second floor, and the hallways either smelled like marijuana, cigarettes, or combination of both on a non-smoking floor. The room had little to no hot water. I showered Friday night, and shortly after turning the shower on, a bug came out of the spigot. My water was either ice cold or not even room temperature. My wife showered the next morning, and the water never got hot. As she said, it was a roller coaster from from either warm to ice cold. When we got back from the game, there was some party going on in conference room near the lobby. While we didn't hear it from our room, it was quite loud in the lobby. There was only 1 spare roll of toilet paper and with an almost empty roll on the holder. We had 2 bath towels for a party of 3. The TV remote looked like it was chewed by a dog. One towel and one pillowcase were dirty and looked like they had dried blood smeared on them. The bottom of the bathroom door was falling apart. All in all, it was acceptable for our trip. Nothing to write home about, but I wouldn't stay here again.

It was a spider in my shower. It smelled like mold in the bathroom and my tv wasn’t working. I called numerous time to fix it. When somebody finally came they still didn’t fix it. When I called again about it nobody came back.

My only problem with our stay was it didn’t have any hot water no matter what time of the day you tried to shower. Two things you want in a motel a comfortable bed and hot water for showering. This had comfortable beds beautiful swimming pool a nice breakfast (complimentary) but no hot water.

Weekend vacation turned into a nightmare for our family. German roaches everywhere, no hot water, just inhuman experience. Refused to refund us, so we sat in the car at midnight trying to find another hotel. Everything in ATl was basically sold out ended up paying $800 for a hotel. And this hotel still will not refund me the $178 for the room. The pool was also broken. Expedia wouldn’t help with the refund either or some type of credit, I will not use this company again and I will be reaching out to best western headquarters.

The stay could have been better.
The staff was friendly but I was put in a room that smelled like smoke and the toilet would not stop running. They put me in another room where it smelled much better but the tv did not work. They came and put batteries in the remote but the tv never worked. The tub filled up with water when you took a shower and the sink did not drain .

We had to change rooms!! The first room was a little off, but no big deal. We had bath towels but no hand or face towels and there was a faint cigarette order (I wasn't sure but my daughter said cigarette). After going to dinner and returning, we found a HUGE bug. So we changed rooms. The next room was better. The elevator was dirty and needed updating. There was an juice container for about a day right in front of the hotel. Went to breakfast and had to wait on food...did not wait. Location was good...close to a lot of activities.
