We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is surprisingly spacious for what it is and is very cute. Only downside was that we weren’t aware of the parking situation. They offer Valet (not sure how much) and a $30 overnight garage situation. We decided to opt for street parking/ meter parking and ended up spending less than $30 on parking for our whole trip. Overall, I will definitely be returning next time I’m in Atlanta!

This property was new when I stayed there and it is a great location and beautiful room. I enjoyed the city view and easy access to shopping right across the street. I was attending a festival at Central Park and this was an amazing location for the venue and I was there, even with traffic, in only 5 minutes. I would love to be a frequent guess at Scout! Must Visit if you are on a solo vacation, long-term stay or staycation.

Silicon Valley "Re-invents" the hotel - eh...
The check-in process has challenges - it's not a traditional hotel. Also, the keys are based on your phone. Kinda of a problem when you *need* to rush home because of a low battery. Physical keys are technically available but seemed hard to get and like a "special order." Also, the rooms are small and rely on an "Ikea" sort of aesthetic.

Was a very good experience. The electronic keycard to access the room worked very well. The only issue was the parking, was a bit tricky to find it and then get up to the room.

Enjoyed my stay here. Only complaint, they don't have a TV in the room. I was told you can get one from the front desk but we didn't need one so it wasn't a big deal. The rooftop pool view was amazing.

An overall good stay. Brand new, modern, and clean. It was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel from the parking garage, as it is still under construction and there were no signs to help. I was surprised there was no tv in our room and the “bedroom” is basically a bed in a closet. Other than that, the hotel was great.

Nice property but still under construction. No tv in the room which was super weird. Needed instructions for AC. Parking situation was complicated, and needed to use phone as a key, which was less convenient than it sounded. Loved the location. Staff was great.

This is inconvenient for families. There is no clear instructions for park (which if you do please turn down the pottery barn and west elm) otherwise you will waste and eternity trying to find it.

My experience here was amazing. My family and I evacuated from Florida due to being in the direct path of hurricane Milton and this was one of the few properties that were still available. It is brand new and has only been opened for one week the staff were extremely nice and welcoming upon arrive and the check in was seamless! I had the opportunity to meet with the hotel Manager Afi during breakfast she gave me a tour of the amenities of the 22nd floor. Which was equipped with plenty of space for entertainment, remote workers, and great views! When I had an issue with Expedia extending my stay she took care of it immediately. The property is extremely nice and modern. Although I was there under stressful circumstances, the staff made my experience feel like a vacation. The location is plus as it is in walking distance to food and shopping. I also have a fur baby and he was welcome as well. I didn’t get a chance to take picture of my room but if you look on line the pictures there is exactly how the room looks with no exaggeration! Thank you all for making us feel at home during a stressful time! I look forward to traveling again in the future for an actual vacation!

I was very disappointed with how the hotel handled an incident during my stay. On the last night, I found a bug in my room that resembled a bedbug. When I reported it to the front desk with a photo, they dismissively called it a “atlanta bug” and reluctantly offered a room change after I insisted. The next day, at checkout, I brought up the issue again, but they neither apologized nor addressed it properly. They said they would investigate and get back to me, which felt dismissive. I never asked for compensation, but their attitude made the situation uncomfortable. This kind of response from a hospitality business is unacceptable.

The air was the biggest issues for me. The air wouldn’t go below 71. I put it down to 58 wouldn’t work for some reason. Also there is smoke detector in the bedroom and the light blinks green all night. But other then being hot it was Ok
