Tried to call down for more pillows and nobody answered the phones. Husband walked down and security guard helped him as there were a bunch of people checking in. Then, called down later for a wake up call and nobody answered again. Room was good and hotel was nice.

My pillow case has a stain from smeared lipstick. I noticed it the 2nd night out of 3. And it was through to the pillow so that shows they never changed it. I went to the front desk got a new pillow but there was one that looked like it is normal. They don't do there job, so I was wondering what else wasn't changed. Anyway, I did love the convenience of where I was going to. Wont stay there again thought because of that.

The hotel was nice and clean. My room was clean too. The area of the hotel it’s a bit sketchy and beware parking in an outside parking( you will see the gates are broken and always look if there’s glass on the floor, if so don’t park there!) they really break into cars! We didn’t do valet but definitely do the $15 parking/25 parking garage. Overall don’t make eye contact with no one ( I’m from New York so bums don’t scare me) and keep safe. There’s ALOT OF homeless people and when parking take EVERYTHING WITH YOU, I mean everything leave it empty lol.

I really wanted to like this hotel, but we were put in a room right next to the elevators, so the noise from that plus people standing waiting and talking loudly wasn’t ideal, other than that pretty okay.

We just needed a hotel room for one night till our other hotels reservation. It didn’t take us long for us to check in and the staff was nice and helpful but this is a hotel I wouldn’t recommend for families, and anyone who wants to have a piece of mind. The breakfast was 51 dollars for the two of us and was the same quality as a free breakfast. The staff was always nice and smiling but I just can’t look past all of the flaws and terrible conditions of the hotel.
