The location is great, but our room was not Our room started out with a half empty tomorrow paper roll with no spares. We stayed 2 nights but no cleaning service, so the 2 towels they gave us were quickly wet/used. This was not Sonesta quality

Take the bad with the good, I guess…
We picked to stay at this hotel because we are familiar with the Sonesta ES Suites in other areas and we really enjoyed staying there along with the comfort of the hotel and the amenities they offer. However, this one was a bit below the standards set by the others we’ve been to. First night we were there, I’m pretty sure I witnessed some shady business go down in the back parking lot which was broken up when a cop drove by thank goodness. The lady quickly got out of the car and ran back inside but put a piece of metal in the door to keep it propped open. That didn’t make me feel safe at all. The overall appearance of the hotel and the lobby were very nice however the rooms need some renovations. The couch in our room was stained and the pull out bed was broke. The sink was leaking every time I tried to wash anything in the kitchenette and I found that out by my feet getting wet. The smoke alarm system went off 2 days in a row and scared the heck out of us. There were some positives as well. The hotel itself was quiet and in a walkable area with lots of stores and restaurants around. The neighborhood itself seemed pretty safe too with many officers patrolling the area. The bed was very comfortable. The linens and towels were clean and soft. The shower was excellent and the water was nice and warm. When checking out, I told them about the things wrong in the room and she said she would pass it on to maintenance to get the sink looked at and they are working to renovate slowly.

Great value for a suite.
We had an excellent stay at the Sonesta ES! The suite was spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a combo living, dining, kitchen. One bedroom had a desk and the other had a comfy chair. The staff was always very nice. They had hot breakfast every morning and free wifi. I’d highly recommend it!

Good accommodation if you need to conduct business in the surrounding office buildings and stores are in walking distance. The reception is hit and miss - some workers are very pleasant, and some are not so great and hiding in the back. Lately the quality of this property has gone down and apparently there are groups of people that live there permanently and cook food that smells through the hallways ...
