The biggest piece of crap I have ever seen on my many trips. A reservation is made that has already been paid for and confirmed and these irresponsible people close the office at 10 pm leaving me without a room. It's incredible. There was no way, no call, and no one to attend to our complaints. We drove for 8 hours escaping Hurricane Milton and these irresponsible people didn't care at all. A thousand thanks to Hotels.com who were the only ones who attended to me and resolved this problem for me and my family. 10 stars to HOTELES.COM AND THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

There was a terrible odor in the room and the young man from the room next door sat outside our door all evening. It was uncomfortable entering and leaving the room with him posted in a chair outside the door.
