Nice place but a few issues
Nice place in a good location. I had three issues: 1-the ice maker on our floor did not work. When I reported it to the front desk, they said it had been broken a long time and that I should use the ice maker on the next floor. My complaint is that they knew about the issue and did not fix it. 2- They charged me for meals at the hotel bar. I never charged anything from the bar to my room. I had drinks and paid directly with a credit card. Someone clearly charged to my room fraudulently. 3-A room key is required to operate the elevator. Nobody told us. The elevator was full of confused people.

Don’t stay here. Horrible staff
Waited at the front desk for 10 mins before someone showed up to check us in. Was never asked if I valeted a vehicle was never told how much it was or any details expect about breakfast. My room was cleaned but room cleared didn’t leave towels. Tried calling front desk but in room phone didn’t work. Had to use my cell and sit on hold for 10-15 mins. They told me towels were on the way. The towels never came. My wife and myself had to dry off with wash clothes. Hotels.com room cost was $381 and the hotel final bill a the property was $555. Horrible staff that are lazy and rude. This hotels needs a corporate visit or someone to go undercover.

Would have been ok if rated 3/3.5 stars
The staff was absolutely not friendly, I could almost say rude. This hotel is rated as a 4.5 stars but it doesn't deserve its rating. The rooms are not soundproofed, so you could hear people in the surrounding rooms. The heating/a/c was so noisy that it woke us up at night. I do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a 4.5 star hotel with friendly staff.
