Prior to arriving i couldnt get a response cia email, the expedia app. The person i spoke qith on the phone acted as if theydnever geard of aomeone extending their work stay foe a couple extra days and was unable to help me connect both stays in the system so i wouldnt have to change rooms. However, once i arrived - the on site staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly, knowledgable, always there, and responsive. The hotel.bar and restaurant were nice. The hotel was very clean. The only drawback is noise. Both from outside, on the streetaide it sounds like youre sitting in the stands at drag car races u til about 1am every night. Inside the hotel, every time someone lets thwir door slam shut, you hear it. Aside from the noise fclactors, id atay here again any time.

Room for improvement
Check in was great, went straight down to the restaurant and the bar was full but the dining room was completely empty. So we looked around and saw no staff. I went back to the front desk to ask if the restaurant was open they said of course! So I headed back and tried to catch a waiter in the bar..the first one said he was too busy, he "had a 9 top" to deal with. Finally I grabbed another one and he stopped and waited on us. He said we would be better in the bar, but I explained to him it was full. So we finally ordered and after a short wait, my husband and son were served. Another 15-20 minutes goes by and I still do not have my food. At this point my husband and son were done and it was truly freezing in the place so I told them to go upstairs, and the manager brought my shrimp & grits and said I would not be charged, he was very sorry. It was some of the best shrimp & grits I've ever had. Checked out and noticed that the meal was still on the bill...so I had to wait there until my waiter went by, grab him, almost literally and tell him the check was wrong. He fixed it, and I went upstairs. Get to our room, which was lovely, and unpacked and turned on the TV....no TV...call down the front desk and they said maintenance would be right up, it's 9:30pm. No maintenance, so anther call 9:45pm, he'll be right up they said again. Ok, 10pm no maintenance. I called down the last time and said, I need a room with a working TV, period. We got a new room.
