We enjoyed our stayed, even thought it could have been better cleaning wise we only had our room clean once out of the 4 nights we were there, the receptionist that greeted us seemed a little annoyed that we asked a few questions. But we did enjoy talking to the last receptionist who was there very lovely lady and she recommended a very delicious place to eat ! I would definitely stay here again ! Just work on the cleanliness part.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and our most recent stay was our last. The staff at this Hilton is so incredibly rude. No one ever smiles or welcomes you. If you ever have to purchase anything at the front desk or need anything you are treated like an inconvenience. The staff that runs the breakfast area is incredibly rude as well. They treat you like you’re an idiot. We have stayed at other true Hilton across the country and have enjoyed our stay. This one however, is one to definitely avoid. In the same area, there are several much better choices that I would highly recommend to pick over this place. We even reached out to Expedia to request a refund because our stay was so horrible and the hotel denied it. If you look at the Google reviews of the space, you can definitely see a lot of one star reviews discussing how rude the staff is.

First time at this brand hotel . Most important - CLEAN hotel . Noticed hand sanitizers on tables . 🙏. As a HCW , this is extremely important to me especially when travelling with my family . Shows you care about global health situation and support essential workers . The pandemic may be officially over, but not for all of us working in the frontlines . Loved all the free perks - hot bkft, friendly staff , free wifi , heated indoor pool, parking - should be free also . Bed comfortable but pillows too soft for our liking ( personal choice ) . Have just booked a TRU hotel at our next destination Thx from us - family of HCW travellers 😉

We were there to go to The Braves games and I will definitely book here again. The staff was amazing, they even had Braves apparel to buy in the lobby. Breakfast was included, we also spent one evening swimming in the pool which was nice and clean. Wished they had coffee makers and a microwave in the rooms but had that all in the lobby. Loved the wood flooring in the rooms instead of carpet

Had a wonderful stay at Tru for a brief trip for two Braves games. We arrived late one evening and were greeted by the friendliest staff at the front desk. Both the morning and evening staff were very friendly and willing to help. The property is within walking distance to The Battery and Truist Park, which was ideal for going to the games. The rooms were very comfortable and the full breakfast was a very nice bonus. Lots of modern amenities and bonus features (ie: pool table, corn hole, fire pit). Would most definitely stay there again!

The property was nice looking. The only issue I had is when we went to leave I had picked up the mattress to takeoff the sheets and blankets to make it easier on housekeeping and their were food crumbs on the platform of the bed.

Very inviting atmosphere. Great front area to lounge and let the kids play a few games they had. Loved the indoor pool stocked with towels. Room was good, but of course found dog hairs throughout, but I had not checked that it was pet friendly or not. We love animals, but don't love animal hairs all over everything. So I know to check into this next time. My biggest dissapointment was that we stayed for 3 nights and never had room service come by...and their "room service" room was right beside us. Breakfast was good, but didn't realize they had different hours for it on weekdays. Nothing was so wrong that I wouldn't stay again if need be.
