Breakfast was shut down around 8:50. Came down at 8:52 to minimal options for myself and 3 kids. Asked if there was anything available and was told breakfast ends at 9:00. I said ok well we still have 8 mins and she said again well breakfast ends at 9:00. So then I had to buy a milk to hold my kids over until we could grab breakfast outside the hotel. I asked the front desk to clean off a table as it was dirty from a previous guest. She said I could ask the lady doing breakfast. My response was she is busy cleaning up breakfast because it ends at 9:00 even though it was not 9:00 yet. The front desk attendant was not happy to help. She was too busy listening to her ear buds that was connected to her phone. I asked to speak to a manager but was told they weren’t answering their phone and was given a business card. Rooms are small. Would not stay here again. No one was willing to help at any point.

The staff was incredible here! We stayed 3 nights here due to power out at our home from the hurricane. The staff remembered our names, asked for updates on our community, and made sure we had extra towels, etc. The only things i didn't like was its a dog friendly hotel, and every morning when an owner left her room a few doors down from us, the dog barked the entire time. You can walk to Dugans bar and grill, great place to watch games and the wings are delicious!

it's a quiet area convenient to what I was doing. The hotel is quiet as well, except for some guests who were fighting and yelling very loudly one morning. I stayed at the same hotel about a year ago when it was fairly new. The hotel has not aged well. The beds are not particularly comfortable any more, there were some mold/mildew issues around the shower. The staff, however, was great. Very friendly and quite pleasant. The lady who worked the breakfast buffet was especially nice. She truly seemed to enjoy what she was doing, greeted everyone with a smile on her face, and had pride in her service.

ATL visit
There were some confusion at the front desk two different clerks charging me twice for my two dogs ( the day we arrived and again the day we check out). The check out clerk could not correct the problem but eventually two days later after multiple calls the money was returned back to my credit card account.
