Awesome Location Beautiful Townhome
The place was perfect! The host was easy to work with and was able to get us in a bit earlier than our check in time. Location couldn’t have been better. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and the pool was great. Quiet area and clean. 2 parking spots! Which is a bonus in that area. Would highly recommend this specific townhouse! This is a wonderful property. It’s exactly as listed, clean and close to the beach! Couldn’t ask for more from a vacation setting. What made it 10x better was great communication with our host, Marta. She was very responsive and even arranged an early check in last minute since it was about 109 degrees the day we got into Atlantic Beach. I would definitely recommend this property!

Easy location to the beach. Approx a four minute walk. No elevator so you do need to be able to climb one set of stairs to the main level. Main bedroom is on the entry level. Two other bedrooms on the top floor, so another flight of stairs. Everything was clean and the a/c works well. Separate a/c for the upstairs bedrooms which is convienent. Small kitchen; you’re not gonna want to cook a meal for more than two or three. Bright and airy feeling. I didn’t go to the pool but it’s close by. One parking place right in front and the other is an easy block away. Lots of restaurants and beach shops within walking distance. Good communication from hosts. I would absolutely stay here again. Also, my bed was comfortable; I stayed upstairs.

This is our third time staying at this property and it never disappoints! From the cleanliness to the amenities to the close proximity to the beach, this place has it all. Marta and Ross are always great and very responsive. We will be back again next year!

Great location
It was nice leaving the car parked and walking. The beach is not a terrible walk and the view of the ocean from the kitchen is nice. There are several other places close by like Bahia restaurant, the Biergarten, the Tackle Box Tavern and the Shark Shack. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for a weekend get away
Great location for access to the beach, house was as described. We went for a weekend get away with the kids and was a great place for the kids to sleep and get some time in the sun. Book here if you are looking for a relaxed week.

The home is located in a great, centrally located place with close access to the beach and all that Atlantic Beach has to offer. The units are set up nicely and the pool was a great bonus for our kids. The home had a really strong smell of smoke or something else unpleasant that impacted our experience but the home was clean and had all of the necessary amenities that we needed. We would definitely stay in this area again when visiting Atlantic Beach.

Loved this little condo and the convenient location. Perfect for a small family and very clean! I was under the impression there would be a coffee maker - but only found a Keurig (and didn’t being kcups). Luckily Atlantic coffee shop down the street had a great coffee selection. Overall - loved the stay!

Stayed here for a quick off-season weekend at the beach. My daughter had an online singing recital that weekend so high speed wifi was a must and it did not disappoint. The house is well appointed with all necessities. The owners were very responsive when needed. Cannot wait to stay here again!
