Waterfront, Poolside, King Bd, Ground-Floor, & WiFi

Ground floor efficiency unit 113 facing the large pool. The ocean is across the street...a 2 minute walk and we have our own flashing pedestrian light crosswalk for direct ocean access.

We also own the unit next door...just steps away! This unit, VRBO #360453, is also ground floor-pool facing .

We're located at Bogue Shores Condominiums which is well known for its family friendly atmosphere and close to everything! The unit is small and most comfortable for 2 adults; however it is possible to sleep four (4) by using the sleeper sofa if you have 2 small children. We cannot accept rentals for 4 adults. No exceptions.

- Boats are not permitted to be brought by renters.
- Linens and Towels and basic supply of paper towels (1) and toilet paper (1) are provided for renters.
- Fully stocked kitchenette.
- Full bathroom (tub and shower) but it is small.
- Large adult pool and separate fenced in kiddie pool.
- Sound side pier on property.
- Renters must be 25 years of age (except dependent children)
- We charge a cleaning fee but renters must clean, dry and put away all dirty dishes and take the trash out.
- Smoking is at designated areas only on the property- not near unit

Reasonable Relaxation
Great location to the beach at a reasonable rate. Despite there being a lot of guests and owners present, there were no noise issues. The owners were great to respond to a question we had on the day of check in. Everything was as described. We will definitely return to Bogue Shores again in the future.

Back Again
This was the unit my family and I stayed during our first trip to Atlantic Beach yrs ago. We stayed here a few other times and this unit never disappoints. Glad we were able to rent it this yr. Cindy is wonderful to work with every time. Affordable and cozy. Close to so many restaurants. Just a short walk to both the bay and ocean. Highly recommend.

Perfect place for family!

Wonderful community
What a wonderful little community. Stayed there with my girlfriend for a wedding in Morehead city. The owners were there that weekend cleaning up the property, staining the picnic tables, and washing the dock. You can tell that owners really care about taking good care of this place. The room was perfect for our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The whole place was great--wow the pool! We loved the location with the beach across the road, Bogue Sound right there, and the pool. Room was clean with crisp sheets on the bed. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and full size fridge was super. Easy parking. Convenient location for all the area attractions. And did we mention the pool? We'll be back!

Excellent location and value however…
Very happy with the accommodations. Great pool and easy access to the beach. Could have gone without the pool police and glares from the older folks who appear to stay full time and don’t care for us weekend renters. We had a gentleman take our photos and threaten us that management would be talking to us. Unfortunately probably won’t be booking here again due to this.

A star for location, a star for ease of check in and out, a star for everything being exactly as advertised. No star for cleanliness, I would call it cleanish… this property is in dire need of a deep cleaning, the baseboards and floors were dirty, a private hair in the tub, stuff like that. I’m not about cleaning, so I cleaned it when I got there, I was able to get the soap scum off the tub, but the hard water stains I couldn’t. Shower curtain was dirty, looked like old blood and some kind of spaghetti sauce on it. Cups and dishes were very old, very stained, I couldn’t get them clean, so I went and bought my own. Basically whoever the homeowner is paying isn’t doing a good job, in my 20s I cleaned houses and hotels and this cleaning service would absolutely be fired. Otherwise the stay was perfect

Honeymoon Stay
I rented this for my daughter and husband for their lil honeymoon get away. I reached out to the owner and wanted to send a package ahead of time and she got me connected with the cleaning crew that agrees to set it out. Sadly I lost track of time and didn't send it but the fact she went the extra mile meant alot. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful
This is our second time staying in this particular unit. Cindy was wonderful to communicate with and as before, the unit was spotless. I can’t imagine staying elsewhere. The cost is extremely affordable, the views are spectacular, the location is easily accessible to the ocean/bay, shopping, and the unit is perfect for a small family. I would definitely recommend this unit and hope to return again next summer. Thanks Cindy.
