This beautiful home combines a 1st and 2nd floor vacation property giving you 10 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, plus 2 outdoor cabana showers, and sleeps up to 28 for your extended family and friends in the heart of OCNJ. There is a private elevator from the ground level to the 2nd floor only. Stairwells from the ground to the 1st floor and 2nd floor, and an internal connecting door so you do not need to exit the home to enter the other. This door is only unlocked when both floors are rented together. Located on the corner of 9th & Wesley Avenue (840 and 842 Wesley) close to everything. You are just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, or downtown to enjoy all that Ocean City has to offer. There is 1,800 sq ft of living area on each floor which includes 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on each floor. There are no steps once inside either floor, plus the entry level recreation areas as a bonus. The larger entryway/recreation room on the ground level has a TV, foosball table, art table and games, the other entryway/recreation room has a TV, game table, and games. Family rooms with large flat screen TVs, TV in each entry level room, as well as TVs in all bedrooms. WiFi, YouTubeTV, games, beach tags, beach chairs, beach stroller, beach wagon, boogie boards, beach toys, umbrellas, cooler, outdoor cabana showers, washer/dryer on each floor, high chair, and pack n’ plays. Comfortable front decks off the living room areas for enjoyment rain or shine with locking gait to front stairs, decks in the back off the master. Private entrances with internal stairwells to each floor, elevator to 2nd floor only, keyless entry, and off street parking for 6 vehicles. Park and walk to everything. Inquire to come see the home. We had a very pleasant stay in this house. There was a total of 19 of us, but with renting the whole house, we weren't in each other's way. The beds were very comfortable. This house is within walking distance to most anywhere you want to go.... boardwalk and beach, restaurants, and different boutiques. And even though it was late October, the weather was great.

Simply the Best!
We had a wonderful stay at this home on Wesley!! Our group is familiar with Ocean City and we have rented several houses over the years - this home puts the others to shame! The property was wonderfully maintained and exactly as described in the posting. Everything from matching cups and dishes to beach carts, chairs and umbrellas, we were thrilled. Joanne was responsive when we reached out, and quickly handled a minor problem with the grill provided (she bought us a new one the same day!) We cannot say enough about our wonderful vacation and how much we look forward to coming back next year! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!

Absolutely beautiful, short walk to the boardwalk, and many shops. We rented both floors, and every room was beautiful, enough room for everyone that attended with us, and than some. Both kitchens were wonderful! Great host, highly recommend!!

Family Weekend
Stayed in both top and bottom units for the weekend with extended family and had a great time. The location of the property gives easy access to boardwalk and the beach. The host was fantastic to work with! She was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Additionally the property is very well stocked for a large group. Every detail is thought of and it the house is setup for a fun time with minimal worry about the supplies and amentities at the house. Thank you for a great weekend away!

Wonderful Stay in an exceptional home!
Ocean City is a favorite of ours and we chose this property because of both the location and the incredible amount of bedrooms with an en suite. We had 6 couples stay in this home and everyone had an absolutely beautiful bedroom with very comfortable queen and king mattresses. Every guest commented how great the mattresses were! The kitchens and living areas were perfect for group conversation and activities during our Retreat. The location is a mere block to the boardwalk and beach - perfect! This by far exceeded all our expectations and the proprietor was amazing with communication and instructions. Very Highly Recommend!

The house was well equipped with everything you can think of and more. The house even had clorox wipes and sanitized wipes. The owners catered to our needs and when we had a problem they rectified it immediately. The house was roomy and we were able to social distance. We will be back!

Very Good Thanksgiving!
The place was as pictured. We rented both places connected by stairway. Joanne went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. She sent very detailed information about check in etc. She was quick to respond to emails and text. The place was ready early and she said we could check in earlier than reservation. We rented linen and towels. Joann put us in touch with Missy. Missy provided quality linens and towels for a reasonable price. Missy also provided extra hand towels etc.at no charge. The towels were especially high quality, think luxury hotel. Sheets clean and smelled wonderful. Everything was there when we arrived. The place is on a very nice and quiet block and very walkable. Parking during this time of year was free. There is also a garage for parking behind the house. The grocery store is two blocks away and made for a nice walk. The beach is also close and only a few blocks. There is a playground and park, also a few blocks away and nice small stores including a very nice candy store, pizza shop etc. all within walking distance. We had a pretty large group, so we had to make space so we could all eat together. Joanne allowed us to move the furniture and provided tables and chairs that were perfect for our group and easy to put up and take down when done. She also made sure we had everything to start our vacation i.e. toiletries, pots and pans, dishes etc. Every bathroom had what we needed for the time we were there. She also provided extra blankets in every room, two play rooms for kids, board games etc. Overall a very good choice for the holidays! Thank you!
