Great view of the boardwalk from the 11 story Dennis Tower. Staff was friendly and profession at check-in and check-out. New restaurants recently opened such as The Yard and Park Place Prime which were both good spots to eat and drink.

The drapes was filthy the walls was dirty the bathroom floor looked like it wasn't mopes and the hallways smelled like cigars and air freshener mixed as you walk in the entry was the first door on the left the carpet looked like it was a fire in the room I guess that's what you get in the smoking section I was definitely not happy with the condition at all I give 00 stars
