Didn't like anything. The hotel looks rundown. Room was dirty and no hot water . Lights in bathroom was out. Beds to small.

What I didn’t like was , I paid for late check out , but the housekeeper was not informed and I received a knock at my door and was told check-out is @ 11:00 am . I had to tell her I have late check-out .

Clean, easy access to Boardwalk, casino in hotel. One downside was our room, which was reserved for two people,had only one chair. We requested a second chair from the Main Desk and Housekeeping. Our request was denied even though we stated that we are both over 65.

I liked almost everything, the only thing I didn’t like was that we had a problem in the bathroom at the time we’re leaving, the bathtub got clogged and we couldn’t use it. But besides that everything was fine.

We stayed for 2 nights. Room was not checked after first night; bed was not made and used towels were not replaced with clean ones. Music from club downstairs was loud until very late Saturday night. We were on the 5th floor. Will not stay here again.

There was a lot of dust. A lot of dust. A lot of dust balls on places that was unacceptable. Dust on both sides of refrigerator. Between the cracks on floor where refrigerator is placed. Dust was on the mirror in bathroom- the small attached mirror.. Very uncomfortable unacceptable and very disappointed
