Didn't like anything. The hotel looks rundown. Room was dirty and no hot water . Lights in bathroom was out. Beds to small.

You guys did mess me up when I booked
The room was not the the I reserve, they gave me a very old and dirty and outdated room. I didn’t enjoy my stay. The side they gave us was very noisy couldn’t sleep it was very disturbing. Will not go back to ballys again
