Terrible stay! I booked a non smoking room on 2/16/25 but our room smelled like weed so bad that the smell stuck to our clothing & luggage. It was horrendous! We stopped at Phil's carasoul bar only to have the bartender give us a hard time about ordering their signature drink "the merry go round", after he made the drink (with an attitude) he handed it to me and said don't order it again because I'm not making this again! The 3rd strike was trying to gamble and emergency alarms going off for over an hour telling people to exit when there was no issue just problems with their alarm system. Paid over $230 for an off season room just to be disappointed repeatedly!

I have been to many casinos before, but this one was outdated and extremely smoky even in non smoking areas. There was no where to sit and hang out with friends other than one bar area. Our room was dirty and not clean upon check in and our hallway was very smoky and loud even with a smoke free room/hall. Overall we tried to take a chance on a casino hotel we did not stay in before and it was not a great experience.

The check in took 45 minutes. The suite we booked was overbooked so they gave us one of the old rooms in Dennis Tower. Very old and not what we paid for. Front desk said we would be refunded $75 from Expedia. Let’s hope this happens. I will not be staying at Bally’s again.
