The staff, maintenance and housekeeping were excellent. They were always there to help and were pleasant as well as accommodating. I think Biscayne Suites is a great place to stay.

The Biscayne is always wonderful.
The Biscayne is always immaculate, comfortable, well appointed, and wonderful all around. Their employees are friendly and helpful. We love it there! Will definitely go back. Thanks for a terrific stay!

Nice room, especially for the cost... Had a working kitchen and balcony. Not modern, but quaint...my kids (11, 11, & 12) really like it, especially the fold out couch. Very good. .

Everything has been updated. Quiet and spacious. Very close to the beach. The ice cream shop next door was delicious!

The room was very clean and quiet. The front desk representative was very friendly and attentive. Our room had a “odd” set-up. In order to go to the bathroom / shower, you had to leave bedroom, walk past the small, but efficient, kitchenette, and walk through the living room. The bathroom was not attached the bedroom. Our room was on the 4th floor. Overall, we will return, but will ask for a room that is not on the 4th floor (highest floor).

No rest for the weary
Property was very tired. Bed was so uncomfortable that i had to sleep my Second night at a friend’s house due to the bed. I think i slept one hour my first night. No walk-in shower, just an old tub. Weird noises kept me up too. Front desk was indifferent to my concerns
