Our stay was great. Speedy check in! Room Was clean, fridge cold and bathroom excellent condition. Buffet food was good. Staff on casino floor pleasant and smiles . The only bad experience was valet when leaving . They approached us and told us our car was dead and walked away before we could ask any questions. Then drove up speeding like a bat outta hell, just walked away and didn’t even help with luggage. We turned car off to open trunk and car went dead again. We flagged them down and then proceeded to say our battery was bad but it’s less than year old . They stated it was from the cold but we never experienced that before and our truck stays outside all year . We asked if any lights were left on and got no reply . Extremely disappointed with valet. Great stay unti end .

Attended a convention. While this off the beaten path a bit, excellent service and attention to pick up taxis, Ubers, etc. Valet parked the car and they charged it for me as well. Will visit again.

Phenomenal trip with my fiancé and parents. It was my parents’ first time in AC and I wanted to make it super special for them, especially since they don’t travel much. The staff was super helpful with this and gave us an upgraded room to give to my parents to help celebrate. Staff is always super helpful and friendly and all the waitstaff in the resort/hotel were great!
