My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I arrived just 30 minutes before my booking time and mind you I live and 1hr and 30mins from the hotel. To add to the inconvenience, I was informed that my room isn’t ready until 2:15pm & I couldn’t park in the open parking lot and was directed to find parking elsewhere. When I unknowingly parked in a resident’s space, the manager’s wife appeared visibly upset and asked me to return at 2:15 PM, even though Expedia had confirmed a check-in time of 2 PM. I eventually received my room at 2:20 PM.
When I mentioned the delays and inconvenience, the manager’s wife dismissively responded, “You can’t expect everything to go your way,” and continued muttering under her breath. Her lack of professionalism was astonishing.
To make matters worse, the room itself was subpar. The pillows were not only uncomfortable but also had hair on them that resembled pubic hair, and they smelled as if they hadn’t been washed in weeks. The entire room was dusty, and the blankets were stiff and uncomfortable. After check out I wasn’t even met, they had told me leave the keys in their mailbox which is unsafe.
If it were possible to give zero stars, I would.
