Just hate the "resort fee". I think i have paid for my room, then find an extra charge that they are not upfront about. I was there for a conference, no time to use any of the facilities.

We had a short 1 night stay: We checked in late - Internet didn’t work by putting in last name and room#. Called the front desk from hotel phone and was on hold for over 15 mins and finally gave up. Room was nice and seemed sound proof. Location is very close to the board walk.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. Having to pay for a chair at the pool is odd but the beach is close and chair rentals are available for alot less money. We ran across a couple of grumpy employees but I think you get that everywhere now. The parking and valet was a great experience.

afterdriving for 3 hours, we arrived at the hotel and tried to check in, but they said check-in was from 4 to 8 p.m. Our family was very tired. Check-in was definitely at 4 p.m. They said the cleaning wasn't finished yet. We didn't get to the hotel room until 5:30 p.m. When I got to the room, the room was full of dust and the bathroom door was locked so I couldn't use it. I called the front desk, but 40 minutes had passed. There was a lot of dust in the bathroom, so I took a photo and kept it as evidence. I was surprised to see trash left in the closet, and I also took a photo. The staff came and cleaned it up and took a picture together. There were 4 people staying in the room, but if you call to ask for 2 more towels, the wait is usually about 45 minutes. I wonder if someone said this hotel was 5th grade. Absolutely not. I have been staying in overseas hotels for 30 years, so I know this is 2. The rating is enough. It was the worst hotel I would never recommend. It was a nightmare time. I will never go again. Nobu Hotel.

Absolutely worst stay we’ve ever had! We booked and paid our trip months ago for an ocean view, then when we check in, they say they are overbooked and that room wasn’t available. So they gave us a room that’s view was of the main lobby! We get in the room and it had an adjoining room, you heard nose from both that and the lobby. What made it worse the window led to the lobby even with the blinds closed we still had light coming through and couldn’t sleep at all. They gave us just food credit which felt like a slap in the face. We would’ve cancelled our trip in total if we knew this is what we were getting. They then told us the next day we would get an ocean view, then we get to the main desk and they say nothing and just give us another room of the lobby after complaining to someone at the main desk. They eventually gave us a room that we were supposed to have this whole time, this has easily been The worst and most stressful stay we’ve ever had.
