Just hate the "resort fee". I think i have paid for my room, then find an extra charge that they are not upfront about. I was there for a conference, no time to use any of the facilities.

1. Inside the room there is no tea bags, My husband does not drink coffee, and there is not a single tea bag, there he did I not get tea in the room. 2. There is a small refrigerator, but there was no water bottle , no soft drinks can such as coke, sprite or any can of Juice. 3. There is no cup to drink water( water bottle we brought from home) why only two paper cups . All those reason I did not like that hotel/ resorts at all . It was my first time in Caesars hotel on Atlantic City. I have stayed many hotel, casino resorts in Atlantic City , but this was my bad experience.

Our experience at Caesar's
Malik, was excellent at check in. We wanted to upgrade our room, to see the ocean (partial) and he was very accommodating. Room was not very clean, dusty, vents dirty, bathroom countertops not cleaned well. Coffee pot needed cleaning. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the walk in shower. Not family friendly, prices are high, and no pool for children, and no microwave.

The rooms were very old not how it looked like in pictures it smelt of drugs on our floor they say its queen beds when i got there they were double beds it was very tight to sleep on the ac worked and dident work at times overall the area we were in was not as discribed dirty and old looked like a dungeon

When we arrived in the presidential suite at the Nobu Hotel, it had a wretched stench of fish from the faux leather. Bugs are apart of life, but finding two in the bathroom was the last straw. It was unbearable. We ended up staying at another hotel that evening. Instead of opting for a refund, we took a 100$ credit from the hotel after going through the entire process of getting a refund. Only because it was my birthday, and i wanted to at least have a good experience. Not only was the credit never given, but i received another charge for a ROBE that was not there. When i arrived in the suite, there was one robe and 2 slippers for a room of two people. This is not a luxury experience, the only plus side was the security and amount of access points that needed a key to get through made me and my party feel safe, which is another reason why we decided to opt for a comp. Never again.

We arrived and they immediately told us that the room may be available early but it would cost more money. Then we were expecting new towels and the room to be freshened up. Nope! No housekeeping service! The pool was $80 to go to. No food options open. Stay away! Go to Ocean or Borgata. Or better yet, close AC down all together. The people act like it’s a chore to serve you. We will go to Vegas from now one.

On top of the excessive resort fees that we pay per day, we also have to pay to go to the pool on top of that. They wanted $60 per lounge chair and have a sliding scale like Uber and Lyft. They also took out the affordable places to eat and put in name brand restaurants which are totally overpriced.
