We have the facility and comfortable rooms. the check in was a little rough, we have difficulties with the card room/wrist bands to open the doors. Then you spent so much time trying to get these activated because they wanted you to accept prizes / time shares.

Very clean property, room was amazing with a great view. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is filled with many things to do including a movie theater. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

The staff was very pleasant and the room was very clean and spacious. However I felt bad for my friends who were staying in the two bedroom suite down the hall. They were called repeatedly over and over wanting to invest in a time share. Calls were interrupting our girls brunch and overall girls vacay time. I also was promised a 11am checkout where they were not.....That was bizarre.

Time share room beware! 2101
Location was exactly what wanted on the boardwalk so it was easy to get to everything. We apparently were in the time share area of the place. When we got there they gave us the sales pitch. *gifted* my 2 friends a 3night vacation. If they sit through the seminar which they did told them that they were not interested in it. So then then the calls start. 8am told them no again and to please not call . So yep 6 ish my phone rings and yup its the hotel people. Harassing us about signing up. Told the person nicely we are not interested please stop interrupting our girl's trip. Then 8am the next day. You guessed it we get ANOTHER CALL! Wasnt very nice that time.

the staff of the hotel were very friendly and nice.I think the area surrounding the hotel needs to be renovated to give the city a more upbeat feel. But the hotel and staff were nice people to me.
