I checked in NOV30 around 11pm. I requested to have the late check out(1m) and, at the time, the desk worker said that was okay. At around 11:45 the next day, the nee manager onocked on my door and told me that I was 1 hour past check out. I informed her of the conversation the night prior and she told me that she will charge me for two days if I'm not out in 15 minutes. My wife and I was working late which is why I asked for a late check out, we had no intention on staying for two nights.

Upon check in the front desk person was sleeping. Took me a few times to ring the bell to get his attention to check-in. Then had a whole attitude checking me in. My room had a few files and the vent had a funny smell. The door did not close to the bathroom. They only offer coffee and not breakfast as they advertise.

The "non-smoking" room reeked of cigarettes. There was black mold very obviously visible around the bathroom ceiling and a 12" diameter mold stain on the pull out bed my children were supposed to sleep on. The pull out bedding had to have hair shaken off of it. There was some unknown yellow splatter on the wall right as you enter at eye level.

Property was clearly in disrepair. Elevator was extremely loud and making unusual noises. Stairwell did not feel solid and smelled of ammonia. Room was musty and had mold in the bathroom and on sheer curtains in the bedroom area. Hair on comforter and bathroom floor. In addition, property charges $10/night per vehicle for parking.
