At check-in, we walked into the lobby. It was like 80° in the lobby at 6:30 PM. We had reserved a king size room non-smoking.. Walked into the room the air conditioner was unplugged. It was beastly hot in there and reeked of cigarette smoke.. So exhausted from the day, I wanted to go and change out the room, but my husband wanted to shower and get to bed. Return on the air conditioner and left to get it bite to eat. When we came back to the room, it definitely cooled off, but still a very bad cigarette smoke smell. Included a free light breakfast included with the day. We went over. There was a line of five people for the toaster. There were instructions for a waffle maker, but no waffle maker was to be found. There was one kind of cereal and that was cornflakes. It was pathetic.. Decided to just have coffee I decided to just have coffee and the coffee was horrible. Watered down.. This is the worst place that I’ve ever stayed at Wyndham. They should be ashamed of themselves

It is getting Clean convenient and the staff is helpful I would suggest staying here instead of actually in Atlantic City any day of the week you’ll save a ton of money and aggravation I promise

Bugs crawling around my head dirty broke out from the sheets rash on my arms wish it was somewhere I could upload a video of the bugs crawling went down there and asked for some kind of spray and he gave me flying and sex spray they was crawling and not flying the man at the front desk was very rude and I have a video

That’s a No-Go for me!
Unfortunately, we had to book this at last minute. The pictures do match our stay. Like many have mentioned, it’s not a clean facility. The room and hotel is aged and NOT clean. I was in line when another guest stated they could not stay there because they were bedbugs in the beds. I almost canceled our reservation and decided to stay because we were exhausted. I kind of wish we just left. Even though there were no visible bugs in our bed that we could see, the room itself and the bathtub were just dirty. We didn’t even use the shower and decided to leave as soon as possible in the morning. Another thing that made us uncomfortable was the fact that the people at the front desk do not speak English WHEN they’re talking to one another. They take your credit card and your license which I know is standard. But they hang onto them for a good 10 minutes and enter that data into whatever “database” they are using and speak a different language during the entire time. I’ve never been to a hotel where they require all the data from your license and credit card. And I have been to many hotels in my life. Usually, you go into a hotel and they make sure that the license matches the reservation and the name on the card. That usually takes approximately a minute or two minutes max. Almost the entire time of me or anyone else checking in was them reviewing and typing in “data” on those two pieces of identification. Definitely suspicious! Based on stay, should only be $40/ night, max.

Wanted to be happy with it
The staff were all pleasant and courteous! However the hotel industry at large(this one included) has to do better in the area of renovations,up keep etc ! I realize everything is expensive these days, but still do better and invest in your facility! the tub was not good, shower curtain gave me the creeps,and kept sliding back,so water got everywhere! The beds definitely needs to be replaced!

I didnt even stay. I showed up after a long day and was about to climb into bed and there were bugs in the bed. The staff tried to tell me it was rust (like that was better) and I literally had to show the legs and wings on bugs. I refused to stay and drove 3 hours home. There was also a used tissue in the closet and the corner of the desk was chewed up by a dog. And when I took a picture of it and went up to the front desk because I didnt want to be charged for damages, they were just like yeah its fine, even though there was wood splinters on the floor.

Never again.
Wet carpet. Smelled of dog pee. Lousy bed pillows. Useless shower curtain. Just because we had a small dog we didn’t deserve the room from hell right outside the pool with noisy kids all day.
