I stayed in the atrium rooms.There was a high pitch screaming noise coming from the room that would sound every couple of hours. I complained about it and no one came to check it out instead they asked me if I was near the elevator I told them no ….you know what their response was?? “well I don’t know.” Tried to call and tell them my wifi wasn’t working, I was put on hold for hours and then I was eventually told that I needed to go to the front desk to see if someone could help me because they couldn’t connect me to anyone at the front desk. The rooms had a nasty draft so imagine having to put the heat on in your hotel room in the middle of the summer. This place is a joke. 0/10
