I loved that the property had a lot of different food options and a lot of different areas where I can get alcohol from without me going if the resort to get alcohol. The walking wasn’t too bad to get to the parking lot just wish it had a short or faster route. The only thing I didn’t really like was when I went to Check in and they asked me that I want room service and I told them yes the next day I left the room around 9:30 am but I came back around four, my room wasn’t clean the bed wasn’t made or anything, I really wasn’t thinking about it until the next day and the same thing happened but this time I had saw room service in the hallway and I asked about it and she said she doesn’t know and I was telling her I want a room service and she said I have to go all the downstairs and ask somebody else and also said She doesn’t know what to do and couldn’t help me

The reason for my low review simply because i booked a king size Bayview for 1 week based on some of the reviews and pictures posted by property. This trip was to Celebrate my 41st birthday with a companion. At check in the line was over 39 minutes wait. I tried to use the kiost baaed on that it stayed the rooms selected wasn't ready.mind you this trip wwas book almost a month in advanced i got there at 5p .i left the kios to go atand in that long line again only for the front desk to tell me that the room i booked was first come first serve and was completely booked for the night and that i can be put in a 2 double beds for the night and be switch to another room the next day. What a inconvenience. 2nd problem was after i was put in a different room for the night i saw a long line to get to the elevator. When i askwd other customers why the line so long was told some of the elevators were down due to a busted piped so only certain elevator worked so people had to wait to travel back and forth mind you i was on the 17 floor Bayview tower where the elevators were down. When i finally got on the elevator got in the room the view was completely different from what i selected i i was already pissed of for 1 the king size was sold out and had to wait in line to use the elevator to commute back and forth after all that hassle i was already tired and was not in the mood to party. Surprisingly i had my family who surprised me and booked at the same hotel to celebrate my Birthday.

To management team. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your property. While the property itself is stunning, the staff's behavior was shockingly unprofessional and unwelcoming. Despite my polite attempts to engage with them, including saying hello, I was ignored and made to feel like an inconvenience. This level of rudeness completely overshadowed the beauty of the property and turned what should have been an enjoyable trip into a frustrating experience. My wife and I frequently visit the Borgata, where the service is consistently outstanding, and we expected a similar standard here. I hope you will address these issues with hospitality training for your staff. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would hesitate to return. Awful check-in experience, room wasn't ready at 2pm. Came back 6 hours later and it still wasn't ready. Self service kiosks didn't work so had to stand in line for another hour just to get a lesser room (2 Queens instead of King which I booked).
