They must have hired James Cameron or Spielberg to take their photos because what you see is NOT what you get. The photos are real, but the property is not in that condition anymore. Overall it’s worth the price but the beds weren’t very comfortable, half the sockets & lamps in my room didn’t work and the grounds were bordering on run-down. But it’s affordable and I did not see any insects.

Upon arrival the front desk was arguing with a customer on the phone. They didn't have cribs available for my infant although detailed in the reservation. We discovered we were in the first floor and there were guest (or randoms) in the parking lot, hanging out and smoking. i had taken my kids into the room after a 9 hour drive from Boston to call and request another floor, but no answer from the front desk. There was spiders IN the room, and on the walls. i couldn't stay there with my children and the front desk did not try to accommodate. Worst experience I've ever had and we were there for merely 15 minutes.

Location to Atlantic City is easy drive. Room was clean. Bathroom area needs a good spackling, new trim, and paint. Landline phone rang at 4:10 am with no response when answered. Hung up and it rang again. Answered to no response. Left phone off hook for 2 hours with complete silence and then the "phone off hook" signal kicked on. Talked w/front desk and they do not have ability to connect to room phones. We unplugged the phone for the remainder of our visit. Choose this location bc of pool and never had a chance to use it. Lol. Overall, it was a fine place to lay your head

The pictures of the property lure you in but they are nothing as pictured. We rented a jacuzzi room, the tub didn't work. It looked like it was going to sink through the floor, it took over 2 HOURS to fill it enough to get the jets on, it was insanely loud and couldn't even hold water. There were black hairs in our "clean" ice bin. Ice machine is on 3rd floor and you get there but it's all locked. The other one was broken, ice had to come from staff. There were also black hairs in our "clean" bedding. Our room door was off and could not close or open properly. Our mini fridge was broken, ice box frozen over and no air flow to keep anything cold. You could see light coming from the gap. We awoke to 3 black WIDOW spiders above our door frame and one in our bathroom area. We then asked staff to change our room. They happily did, we were placed in a similar jacuzzi tub room. This room was also dirty with black hairs in the ice bin and bedding. They couldn't give us clean towels and told us we would have to find housekeeping who is "everywhere easy to find" yet we didn't see a single keeper while there. At night we went to get in bed and watch tv... the tv has a solid white line running up and down the tv. The area around this is full of hotels and barely any food choices. It is also right and the expressway and very busy. If I could get a full refund I absolutely would request one, this stay was awful.

The manager was rude, the place nothing like the pictures, it was dirty, smelled like smoke, big hole in the bath tub covered with a patch, the floor was dirty, dust everywhere. We asked for more coffee for the coffee make and was told no. Worst place we ever stayed at.
