We were there celebrating with a toddler. Check-in was lackluster. We were accommodated with our request for a low floor due to accessibility restrictions. There were small issues with the furniture in the room (draws not staying closed, and wrong guest on the welcome screen). We were also supposed to receive a few incentives, but nothing. I would still definitely recommend staying here, if you have children or need the space. It is an excellent location and space for a family trip.

Trip could've been better
The trip started off on a sour note. We had to wait until 5pm for our room, when check in was at 4. Then we had to be moved to a 3rd floor villa, due to the fact that we were first put on the 2nd floor under a very inconsiderate family was constantly letting their child(ren) run and stomp on the floor over our heads. After we moved into the new villa the rest of the trip was fine.
