Really was disappointed with this hotel. Had room on 3rd floor, carpets in hallway smelly and dirty. Room itself wasn’t great either, older not updated Bed sheets we’re dirty.

Another perfect stay. Room was clean - with new furniture/renovations. Casino was fun. Only complaint was the video poker games in the Sportsbook. At least 4 we tried did not work properly.

Everything was really nice room and view was amazing! Only complaint and it’s a small one but due to the fact it was our honeymoon ( which my mom told everyone especially when booking a reservation at the steakhouse) there wasn’t anything special done When we went to the restaurant for breakfast they even congratulated us and gave us a glass of complimentary champagne which made us feel special

The Woman who checked us in was wonderful, she saw our room was not ready and we had 2 small kids. She took it upon herself to call and get us a room immediately. great service and beautiful hotel !
