Awesome Place
Bed sheets had stains on them but that’s my only complain. Very cozy, atmosphere was great. Very family oriented area. Loved it! If you like to have adult drinks bring it with you. Ocean City is considered a DRY town. No Alcohol sold.

When it said , breakfast included, I had no idea it would be a home cooked meal including fruit, sweet roll and bacon/ cheese omelette with homefries. Wow! Next day it was pancakes and pork roll. Nancy, the owner was amazing! And an excellent cook. This is a lovely property with lots of charm. I would return.

Lovely Bed & Breakfast
This is a very clean and well kept Bed and Breakfast. We were in the Tree House Room. We were "warned" this was a really small room; However My Husband and I loved the set up and thought it was very romantic. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi located at the foot of our queen size bed; It was spacious enough for both my husband and myself. (we are not little people) The Inn is only a few blocks from the beach and Nancy even provides beach tags for all her guest. Breakfast is served restaurant style 7:30 am until 9:30 am. Have a sit inside or outside The Inn keeper, Nancy will come to your table and advice you on the house menu or cook something special just for you. We enjoyed our two nights and plan to return to Ocean City Mansion Bed & Breakfast someday soon.

Overall the bed and breakfast was very nice. Breakfast every morning on the porch was relaxing and the food was great. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Our room (treehouse room) was a little small but cozy. However the bed was not very comfortable. It was a little bit farther from the beach than we expected.

We love the Mansion and we love Nancy. Great service and terrific breakfast. Wow! what a cook. We have been coming here for a few years. We bring our little dog with us. He is welcome. We love it there. Wish we lived there. Ha ha.

Lovely beach getaway
We had an amazing stay at this quaint bed and breakfast. We stayed in the first floor mini suite that came with a nice sized living room area with a tv. There was also a tv in the bedroom. All of the decor was so admirable and fitting for this lovely Victorian home. We ended up being offered to stay an extra night in a new room for just $60. It was great being able to see another room and what it had to offer. The Treehouse room had a nice jacuzzi tub with fireplace above it. To be honest, the pictures online do not do this place justice! I would highly recommend staying here for your next beach getaway!

A Charming B&B
This B&B was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the decor of the rooms, the comfort and quiet of the surroundings to the fabulous breakfasts which we chose to enjoy on the lovely outdoor deck.. Nancy, our lovely, warm, hostess, was willing to accommodate our every need. She and her adorable daughter made our stay very comfortable and complete.

This bnb was amazing! Very cute rooms with everything you need! Come and go as you please. Nice early check in was helpful for going to the beach the day we arrived. Great breakfast with multiple courses!

The hotel is a lthree story cluttered okd house.
The house was cluttered with old furniture, old dolls and souvenirs. It reminds one of their grandparent's basement. The linens and towels were worn. The hostess was out and never met us. A resident let us in. Our room key was in the door. We left at the crack of dawn. Oh, the bridal suite head buard almost fell on us during the night. And there was like three sheets of toilet paper left. The place should be inspected.

We felt welcomed as soon as we arrived, the Place was beautiful and in a very nice area close to everything, the owner Nancy was very welcoming and the staff was great, the Breakfast was amazing and we loved that we could take Our pet Dexter with us, we will surely be coming back to the Mansion Bed and Breakfast, the room was well equipped with everything you needed!!!Thank you !!!!Carol and Fred Quattrone, and Dexter too
