Coral sands and other properties managed by this crew makes vacationing comfortable and accessible. It isn’t the fanciest situation you can find but it’s cared for and well thought out!

Great stay for the price.
Contacted the hotel prior to the stay via hotels.com messenger and they answered my questions that I had. People there were very friendly and polite. We arrived early, was able to get parking as well as get into our rooms early. My initial concern for a lack of parking based off pictures was resolved as they said they had an overflow lot. Parking is tight, but that is the case with all hotel parking in OCNJ. It is conveniently located by Augies Waffles/Omelette that we frequent for breakfast and is a great spot. Found out we get 10% off at Augies for staying here. Room was a nice size, spacious. It had 2 beds that were both of different softness that worked in my favor. Our room had 2 mini fridges, that was nice if we had more stuff, but was not needed. Bathroom was up to date. Room itself you could tell they tried bringing it up to date, but the ceiling/walls are original but painted. The downside of this room that we had was the floors. Floors are obviously newer style laminate or vinyl floors. The floors were buckling upwards as if it had flooded at 1 point and never replaced. Weather stripping around door could be added to keep the cool dry air in and the warm humid air out. I also would have preferred an additional interior door locking device instead of just the knob lock. Overall, the stay was great. It served as a home base for us while in OCNJ. It is close to the boardwalk and other spots.

I realize the motel is old, but the rooms need alot of upgrading and attention, especially for the price they charge. The room did not match the online photos at all. We also had an issue with bugs, there were several slugs crawling up the wall the air conditioner was on.

Very nice, friendly, helpful staff, but room was pretty rough. Beds are old, lumpy and very squeaky. Walls are thin and had to listen to a kid (not a baby) screaming until midnight. Old school OC kitsch is funny at first, location is good but might look elsewhere next time.

This motel was very clean and located a block from the boardwalk and beach. We only stayed one night so we chose this motel for the cheaper cost. The room was small, very tiny bathroom with only a small window for ventilation, so it gets very hot in the bathroom. Beds have thin mattresses and very uncomfortable. Only small microwave and small refrigerator. I knew to expect this because I read reviews, this would not be a place to stay for more than 3 people. Again was very clean which is important for me and good room for one night.

The room 103 We stayed in was perfect size for a quick getaway with 5 teenage boys. However if we were to stay for longer than one night I would prefer to go somewhere larger, with a pool and more updated. The floors were pulling up in the common area. Price and place was perfect for what we needed.

The C sands was very clean and well kept. Newly renovated space makes you feel comfortable. The staff was always around making sure everything was up to snuff. Quiet at night and friendly during the day. What more could you ask for. Except a pool. Haa haa
