The rooms are dated but clean. The shower wss new. Property is small. Second floor has a sitting deck on each end. It is very close to boardwalk. We had a great time whiewe were there.

October beach trip
The 40’s motel is holding up well with owners loving touches. The shower was upgraded with a stone style tile. Room had everything one would expect. Location good is great for families, a block from beach & boardwalk.

MOLD! NO PRIVACY!! No hot water to kitchen sink, couch leg broken, mold all over bathroom ceiling, no sink or mirror in bathroom. Sink in bedroom - the water wouldn’t drain. Hear every word of neighbors from an inside thin door and we could see their shadows walking by from inside our room from 1/2” gap to floor. TV was glued to table so couldn’t turn for different viewing angle. Outside lights lit up the room better than the actual lights inside. Pull out beds very uncomfortable.

Close to boardwalk. We have a larger van style vehicle so it was much better for us to use the large lot. Overflow parking lot was close and monitored. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I never complain about places or leave bad reviews but this place was terrible. We paid $600 and left early and didn’t even stay the second night because it was so bad. It was grungy, smelly and I didn’t feel good about hanging out in there. It served its purpose I guess but we won’t ever be staying there again.
