Check In/out Kiosks were super Easy to use! Saves you a Long walk down to the actual check in lobby! Loved the variety of restaurants and shopping inside the hotel. Close to outdoor shopping as well. Easy access to Boardwalk. Room was spacious and very clean. Loved the view facing East, view of the ocean. Definitely will return.

Even in the section of the hotel, that’s non-smoking it’s not enforced because you smell strong cigarette smoke and the Havana tower which is supposed to be non-smoking and there is no noise enforcement as far as the rooms go people are up all night and do not allow you to sleep. You can hear the next room over.

I reserved 3 rooms, I called a few days before to request early check in. When me and my family arrived at 1pm there was on 2 people at the customer service desk and 6 people online waiting which quickly turned into 12 unhappy people. We wasted a whole hour just trying to check in. I was so upset being this was my first family outing since finishing my cancer treatments and I had my elderly mother with me. Fast forward only 1 room was ready for an early check in, the other 2 was ready at 3:30 and 4pm bummer. In my room and my mother’s room the iron didn’t work and there were no blankets in neither of the 3 rooms. In me and my mother’s room there was food left in the refrigerator from the previous guests, don’t housekeeping suppose to clean everything between guests stay? First time staying at the Tropicana hotel and me and my family were not happy.

We stayed in Chelsea tower and did no see one staff member anywhere. The room was sort of grimy on tables and dusty like no one had been in there for weeks to clean. The room was $400 for one night so in my eyes not really acceptable.

Very close to the beach. Resort is understaffed, can't find help, no daily housekeeping (wet towels, trash not removed, toiletries not replaced), pricey food, elevators from garages not working properly, certain areas have underworking climate control (ac is not working or very low). No available front desk personal to answer any questions you might have f.e. about parking fees. Not enought clear signage with directions, especially after you arrive where to go to check in when you are not familiar yet with the area...

It was very dirty I couldn’t even see the ocean from the windows because they haven’t been clean in years, the carpet was super dirty. I stayed at the south towel and it was just nasty and it was supposed to be an upgrade cause I originally had booked in the Havana but they said 39 dollar more so I thought it was better but it was soo

The hotel was horrible to check in (an hour and a half). The staff was not very helpful in giving us directions on where to go. I'm disabled and use a walker which means I had to try to locate elevators which are NOT clearly marked. Through the process of determining WHICH desk we were to use. I was awful.
