My bathroom was half cleaned when I checked in, that raised flags right away. I typically sanitize and clean myself but it was disappointing. Checking the room housekeeping could use quality training but given this isn’t a 5 star property you get what you pay for I guess. It’s good for options within the resort but a little dated and lacking luster. I went with my cousins for an overnight and while I would have loved to spend more time with them, one night was enough.

Plenty to do with quite the variety of food & drink when not gambling. Room was clean but bath fixtures are dated. I was on 47th floor so hot water took quite some time to get there ( good thing I didn’t need a shower).

Nice room in the Havana Tower. Check in staff listened to me and located my room the way I requested. This is always important to me. I did not know I did not have housekeeping service for my second day until check in. Went to housekeeping got fresh towels so not the end of the world Nice casino but far too much smoke in the bar near the sports betting. Should be some arrangement for comp drinks other than the platinum card. Hard Rick had a play minimum then you can get comp drink … this in my opinion is fair

The room was gross. Mold was starting to grow in the bathroom. The grout on the floor was disgusting. The bathroom honestly didn’t look like it was cleaned before we came. And the pictures looked nothing like the actual room.

I was upgraded and there was no room service the room was not cleaned daily I had to ask for towels and the entire floor stunk of marijuana that it overpowered the room.
