Atri
The host Dante met us and was very gracious. However, although a quaint town and charming apartment inside, there was no comfortable place to sit and relax. The settee was small small and the surface very hard to sit on. There was no radio, wifi, tv and little telephone reception. The apartment, being on the main floor was noisy at times during the night; it sounded as if a child was bouncing a ball on the floor above us and there was no insulation from outside street noises making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
