Walkable to Marienplatz and Old Town but without the outrageous prices you would pay there. Rooms clean and comfortable with modern fixtures. Good WiFi. Very limited TV choices. Despite the presence of an adjustable thermostat in the room, there does not seem to be any effective air conditioning. Hot and humid during our stay, and spent the nights sweating. Really inexcusable in a modern hotel, even at mid pricepoint. Food excellent but pricey (28 Euro for breakfast). Staff friendly and helpful. With working AirCon would be 10/10.

Despite listing A/C as an amenity, there A/C never worked in our room during our 2 day stay. Others in our group had the same issue. We brought this to the attention of the hotel but it never improved. We were visiting during June but the outside temps were in the 60s an 70s. It was comfortable in the hallways and lobby. Sadly, the hotel is very nice in every aspect except the hot hotel rooms. I would avoid this hotel during the warm months. I was also disappointed there was no compensation for 2 miserable nights sleep. The open window helped a bit. This was our 7th hotel on our European tour and by far the most uncomfortable.

Hotel is great. Parking is super convenient although some expensive. Staff is very nice. Location is not too good for tourists. Breakfast is very nice. Room was not many comfortable but we adapted to what we get. Price too high for what is offered. Restaurant in the hotel is very good.

Lovely (teeny) pool and sauna and large breakfast buffet. WiFi doesn’t work and hotel knows this but blames their provider who hasn’t resolved the issue in over 5 weeks. Air conditioning was not functioning in the hotel for a few days due to maintenance. Room windows were covered in scaffolding and construction tarps so no views. Buffet allergen labels were completely incorrect. Management was aware and provided additional very incorrect allergen cards.

It is a short walk to the German Museum and an art museum. Across the bridge and you are close to the Marienplatz. Only negative was the high price 28euro for the breakfast buffet, but there is a “city option” that is good. Food was good quality.

Perfect for family and not only
Our family trip was perfect due to the hotel also 😉. The location is very good, near by food to a lot of intesting places and activities. It is clean. Thr staf is very kind and helpful. For the small children there is a play room. The pool and the sauna work till late at night.This give opportunity to have a rest after a long walk during the city in the day.
