Unfenced land of 1500 m2 with a terrace of 18 m2, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Bathroom linen 7 € / person / change. Sheets 10 € / bed / change. End of stay cleaning 40 €. Electricity beyond 8 kw / day: 0.18 € / additional kw. Old renovated farmhouse comprising the gîte, the stable with the adjoining barbecue, the bakehouse which serves as a bicycle shed and the old unoccupied barn, with a splendid view of the surrounding countryside, not overlooked. The neighbours' farm is 150 m before arriving at the gîte below the road. The rural path which passes behind the property serves a single house located 300 m higher; this path is a hiking trail. The gîte is ideally located for visiting the sites of the Vézère Valley including the International Centre for Parietal Art Lascaux 4 in Montignac, the National Museum of Prehistory in Les Eyzies de Tayac 30 km away... not forgetting a visit to Sarlat, a medieval town with an exceptional heritage or the Château de Hautefort (Gardens and Museum of Medicine) 25 km away.
