Enjoy a comfortable stay at this 2-BR/2-bathroom condo in desired property location of Glenn Heights, 2 blocks north of Auburn University. The condo features 2 queen beds, 2 twin trundle beds, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. With amenities like fast WiFi, washing machine/dryer, coffee, toiletries, well-appointed kitchen and a patio, guests can relax and unwind in this special space. The soothing decor and attention to detail make it the perfect retreat for your next getaway. We look forward to your visit.

HOUSE RULES: NO Pets, NO Smoking. 8 Guest Maximum, NO parties. Please be respectful of the condo, its belongings, and the neighbors. Have fun, and WAR EAGLE!

PARKING: 2 resident hangtag permits, and 1 visitor/guest hangtag permit on the hooks on side of refrigerator. Permit hangtags MUST be clearly displayed, or YOU WILL BE TOWED. Visitor/guest spots are only the 5 spaces beside the dumpster on the back row and require the Visitor hangtag clearly displayed. Visitor hangtag is not valid in any other spots. Visitor spots are NOT available on game Saturdays from 8 AM til 8 PM (again, you will be towed).

CHECK OUT (10 AM) CHECKLIST: RETURN PARKING HANGTAGS to hooks on refrigerator ($125 replacement charge). Gather all trash and place in the outdoor trash dumpster (located in the corner of the parking lot). Empty kitchen of all food and start dishwasher. Leave all used beds unmade. Place towels in the bathtub. Turn off all lights and leave fans on. RETURN PARKING HANGTAGS to hooks on refrigerator (failure to return parking permits results in $125 replacement charge for each missing permit).

Short Walk to stadium and all areas surrounding!
If I could give this stay a million stars, I would!! The property was clean beyond belief and extremely nice. Well worth the price, a 10 minute walk from Jordan Hare and all surrounding restaurants. We walked everywhere we had to go. 100% would stay again!!

This was a very nice apartment unit. Very convenient and close to restaurants and highways. Very clean and host very responsive.. will definitely be back when we return to Aburn
