Welcome to Thach Place in Auburn. Located just steps from Auburn University! This 4 bedroom 4 bath condo is located on the top floor. Each bedroom has a queen bed and adjoining bathroom. with ample storage space in the closets. The living room features large windows and ample seating for you and your guests as well as a 75 inch television. The kitchen is fully stocked and has ample storage space as well. The unit includes 4 parking spaces for your stay so no need to move your car at all during your stay. We are a 5 minute walk to Samford Hall, a 3 minute walk to Publix, and a 5 min walk to Toomers Corner.

We were part of a larger group that came to visit Auburn, and we couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised by lucking out with this property. Spacious, updated, had the college apartment feel that brought nostalgia to us all.

Great place!
The location was awesome! So close to everything and really nice to have parking passes for everyone. Loved all the space and TVs in every room. We were in town for graduation and it was the perfect spot! Would highly recommend. Not a deal breaker, but a keurig with coffee pods is the only thing I really wish it had. There is a coffee pot and some decaf instant coffee though. It is on the 3rd floor, but there’s an elevator right there, so no trouble at all if you’ve got a lot to bring up/down like we did. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location for game day! This was great for two families and our kids. The only negative was the college kids who live downstairs banging on the ceiling whenever people were talking, walking around in the condo. (We couldn't hear them though other than the banging on the ceiling).

A very nice property for our stay. More room than we needed and very clean. It is located in the heart of Auburn and very close to Toomer’s Corner. No issues checking in and there was a binder in the unit with information on the local community and the unit itself. Great experience for us.

Sorority Friends / Girls' Weekend
5 sorority sisters from Auburn. We all pledged the same sorority at Auburn and met and became friends our pledge year, many years ago. To this day, we try to do a getaway weekend each year to catch up, as we all live in different states/cities. This year we chose Auburn, and had a great time. The condo was perfect - big and spacious. One brought an air mattress and we had plenty of room and privacy. The location was great too; we Loved walking everywhere and seeing how much our beloved Auburn has changed and grown. :-) Definitely will book here again!
