"We had a group of 6 people all over the age of 55 stay at the property for 12 days. The property itself is very large so you don’t feel crowded at all. The house is right on a very peaceful private lake.The house itself is also very large with lots of things to do. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you need for cooking meals.The house is very clean and the hosts provide anything you might have forgotten to bring on the trip.The owner is extremely efficient in communicating with you if you have questions.There is a dollar general about 2 miles from the house and they have basics if you need anything and there are restaurants and a Publix grocery only a few minutes from the house.Overall we had a very nice experience and would recommend this property especially if you have children. Lots for them to do at the property. Also the property is close to Orlando so if Disney is on your agenda I think this property would be a good staging area for your trip."

"We had a short stay in the area and we liked the quiet, little neighborhood this house is in. The home was clean and inviting with comfortable furniture and updates throughout the home. This home is great for just a couple or the whole family. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will be looking into staying again in this home on our next trip to Auburndale! "

"It was a weekend for mom’s and son’s to spend together for a baseball tournament at Lake Mrytle Sports Complex. It worked for the weekend. The bedrooms were small but fine. Beds are fulls and not queens. The bathrooms both could use some TLC. The dining room table could use a light above the table cause the house becomes very dark once the sun goes down. We made the best of it but over all it was OK."
