Overall good stay, however lodges and all facilities you can see and use, they are all tired and need referbishment. Sadly in my opinion it is overpriced for what you get. Moreover they have nerve to let you know that electricity is capped to 10£ per day. You are already charging me a lot of money for the stay. I don't come to SPA to think about if I gone over electricity cap. This is unheard of in Europe, especially in Luxury Spa you are trying to aspire. Hospitality industry is only going downhill in UK in recent years and most UK hotels are now years behind the world.

Very good hotel!
I stay in many hotels throughout Scotland (business). I dont tend to leave reviews but made the exception on this occasion. Only stayed for one night, and arrived fairly late but managed to use the spa facilities. Spa was clean and relaxing. All of the staff were very professional and friendly. Rolms were excellent and I could not fault anything as it had everything the room would need including a shoe horn in the draw! Very spacious and comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was also very good. Would definitely return to this hotel when next nearby on business.

Not much to do around the property but if you like a retreat kind of experience than this place is it. It was very calm and peaceful, staff were nice , could use the amenities even after checked out which was great. Would recommend it. The lodge was very spacious and clean , wish had stayed more than one night.

OK for a short break. Staff on the most part are very welcoming and polite. The leisure centre is very good and staff very helpful. The bar is a bit hit and miss, usual stuff, unclean tables at times, having to wait to get served etc.....it seems to be the way of the world these days. Entertainment was interesting. Breakfast was fine, standard fayre, not excellent in terms of quality and wasn't very hot, just warm. We were served one morning and asked if we wanted toast with our coffees, next morning we weren't asked - just lacks a bit of consistency.

This is a very lovely property with easy access to the highway and close to Stirling without being in the city. Our apartment was spacious and very clean. All the necessities provided including laundry detergent. Would definitely stay again.

The 3 bedroom lodge was spacious, well equipped in all areas (particularly the kitchen), clean and well maintained. It was ideal for our party of 6 adults and 2 small children for 3 nights. The grounds were well cared for, as was all the facilities in the pool, spa and children’s play sections. All staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient at every touch point.

Great Find
Lovely estate. We stayed in a 3 bed lodge for 7 people. Room was clean. Lodge spacious. Grounds beautiful. We had a meal in the hotel which was lovely albeit a little pricey.
