Never would I have expected a hotel to not have air conditioning! Although there was an A/C wall unit, it did not work. We had to open the windows and use a fan to try to survive the warm night. It was still uncomfortably hot, and with the open windows we heard loud street noise all night. It was awful! We heard some other guests complain that they did not even have a fan. Separately, we did not have soap or shampoo in our shower. I brought this to the attention of the front desk three times over eight hours until I finally asked them to hand the soap to me so I could put it in the room. Even though we had made a non-refundable payment covering two nights, we left after one night and moved to another hotel. Although the nightly rate for this hotel is lower than other hotels nearby, it was not worth it to us.

Honestly have stayed there before but this round was embarrassing room was dirty, bathroom dirty and falling apart, air-conditioning not working I paid for parking and was sent to park in the most ridiculous space in an SUV that barely fit where they placed me. Then every time I returned someone else was in my paid for parking and I was moved 4 times to parks that are just stupid and only made for today's hybrid mini cars it's ridiculous and will not be using this place again highly recommend looking elsewhere

the angular room was a design nightmare with the small tv that wasnt a smart tv no netflix etc, pointed more out the window than the bed. No seats or chairs, pokey rooms wasted space, odd cubicles, no cooking facility, shower head all limed up and water not very hot and a fridge that looked like it came out of a 70's caravan. they did move me to a room where the tv pointed at the bed at least. breakfast was okay too. the VR right next door was a hundred x better for not much more $

The wifi was the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world. We couldn’t even load simple emails or map directions. They need to invest in updating this as an essential service for travelers.

We have stayed here before and this time the service was amazing especially the room service. We will definitely stay again when we’re in town for pleasure. Parking is a little tricky but we parked on the street.

Property is a bit run down. Staff are really polite and responsive when you bring an issue eg no milk in the room or shower gel to their attention. Okay for the money you pay.

Very affordable centre city accommodation in walking distance of everything. Parking a bit difficult but available. Would have liked to know restaurant would be closed on Sunday night.

Heat pump/air conditioning wasn't working so a small Living and Co heater was in tthe room. Very cold draft coming through the main door (had to use a towel to stop this) with very cold fans operating continuously in the bathroom and side room where fridge and closest was.
