Staff were friendly but we were given no info on check in (eg wifi details, amenities etc) and had to go back downstairs to ask for them. No elevator so had to lug suitcases up stairs. Leak in stairway which resulted in a puddle on the carpet, and visible damage on the wall. Room was tidy and a good size but my daughter had quite a fright when she saw a cockroach on her pillow shortly after going to bed. Two windows near the single bed were missing latches to close them, meaning they could never be fully closed, making the road noises louder and is likely how the cockroach got in. We could hear everything from the room next door, resulting in poor sleeping.

Staff friendly and helpful-took my bigger case up as no lift. Quick check in and out. Yellow bus from and too terminal is included ($NZ8 each way per person for other hotels). Bedroom was fairly modern with good facilities (and clean bedding) but bathroom was a bit tired (plenty of towels and hot water tho). Didn’t use the restaurant but prices were reasonable. Plenty of car park space. There are a few small shops 10mins walk away or Māngere Centre is 25mins walk away-more shops, supermarkets, banks and fast food places. The hotel is on a main road but that didn’t disturb me tho noisy neighbours did. Overall for what you pay it’s a good deal.

Great free airport bus from international and domestic. Good having a restaurant on site and reasonably priced. Only disadvantage is walls are rxtremely thin and lots of people coming and going throughout the night talking and slamming doors. Would stay again a bed comfy and unit clean.... but wear earplugs would be my recommendation to travellers choosing to stay here.
