The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and clean, the restaurant food was excellent and the free bus shuttle to and from airport was very convenient, there is no elevator so if stairs are an issue request bottom floor

Fine for a one night layover
Kiwi hotel Auckland Airport is no thrills, but functional for the needs of the traveller. The yellow bus is really convenient from the airport. Restaurant was reasonable. No lift to the second floor, so go easy with those bags after a long flight.

Hotel in housing area part of town, things to do are further in town by bus or train, good value, lots of local city bus options. Property clean, however you can tell its worn from years of use, but worn does not mean dirty as others have left in their reviews as small details may be left out. Staff will change bedsheets daily if you dont opt opt, many comfortable nights of sleep. Good breakfast omelette and dinner very good.

Our room was listed on Trivago for a good price which is always a good thing but we had no Sky tv viewing. No hand towel available or extra blankets. The hairdryer didn’t work, either it’s faulty or the wall plug is. No instructions for heat pump or television. Room was clean but shower door could do with a good scrub.

The hotel smells and is full of mould my clothes and bag still smell after returning to Australia. I do not recommend this place the mould is like nothing I have experienced in my life. Could not sleep in those filthy conditions. There is White mould, black mould I think there was also some red mould. Will not be staying here again. I left early for the airport to get some air. Definitely stay away if you have asthma please.

Property was older but clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful, dining had selections for everyone. No lift but staff carried our bags upstairs straight away with a smile. Bus to airport prompt and every few minutes. Room was large and clean, showing a bit of wear, but certainly value for costs. An easy and enjoyable stay. John

The staff are so lovely and friendly. I was disappointed with the chicken buffalo wings ordered as room service withoust a try , cutlery napkin or s&p. . Just a plate of large chicken winks with bbq sauce all over it. The placement soup was canned. Beds were divine and the hotel is upgraded. It’s fine for the price. Just order a curry as I’m sure that option will be delicious!
