Felt this property was overrated. Had Deluxe 2 bdrm suite. Barely worth 3 stars. 1- Beds made daily & trash emptied, BUT NO other cleaning. 2- Water temp varied significantly from very hot to cold in shower even though temperature control remained in same position 3- A/C was unit in main area only & did not cool either bedrooms 4- Got stuck in elevator on 11th floor for 20 min while emergency crew called 5- Kitchen was VERY sparsely furnished. Not even a coffee pot

Good central place close to Sky tower. The Hotel is little Old and there is construction , so no good place to park for unloading luggage. The AC is only in the family room and not in the Bedrooms, so we had to keep the bed rooom doors open to get the cool air.

Ultra slow refund of security deposit
Unacceptable delay on security deposit refund. What should occur on the day of checkout and no longer than a day takes 3-5 business days, ie more than a week in practice. The bathroom is industrial. The room size is good

Great amenities and convenient location.
Central location and close to CBD. Lots of convenient features with Barclays, we had a two bedroom well equipped room. There was a balcony and plenty of access so we were able to open our doors and windows to allow for cool air. It’s a little noisy as it is a city but closing the windows solved the noise issue. There was a couple of stains on the carpet and some snags where the carpet had come loose. The staff was very friendly and helpful, greeting us and each time we entered. The rates are a little lower so the clientele reflects that at times. Overall I’d gladly stay here again.

Great location and nice rooms. Could have better bedding. The view of the sky tower from the hotel was nice. Construction in front of the hotel was unfortunate. The parking is also confusing.
