Just needed a nights accom for an easy walk to the terminal the next day and ibis was about $100 cheaper (when I looked) than the Novotel right next to internstional departures If you are able to walk with your luggage it’s an easy 10-15 minute walk which saved the two of us about $12 total on the airport shuttle, but if you are unable to do that walk it might be worth shelling out the extra to be in the nicer looking and closer-to-terminal Novotel since you’ll lose some of your savings on the bus anyway Dining option downstairs in the hotel was great, and warehouse/grocery store etc a minute walk away. Big plus. Room is very basic which is fine. Clean, etc. The only gripe with the room is that we didn’t have any space to open luggage, possibly one of the tiniest rooms I’ve ever booked. The room is almost entirely the footprint of the bed (plus a bathroom) which was a bit cumbersome since we had to organize our check-in luggage to be flight ready. Overall it was fine, did the job, and we walked to the terminal for free, but had we been unable to walk to the terminal for whatever reason, I would have been a bit bummed that I didn’t just spend the extra money for a night in the fancier Novotel

Well I know it's budget but there's budget and then there's prison! Room decor was just under what I would expect from the average prison cell. Staff on arrival were sullen and sulky, however if I was warden of a prison, I would be sullen too! If you think you'll get to sleep at all, think again. The bin men reared their heads at 2am, 4 and 6! If obese or even slightly over- weight, you ain't squeezing your arse into the shower or sitting it on the toilet. One and only one positive was that the bed and pillows were comfortable...just a pity no sleep was to be had in them. Value for money? No. I would have rather paid a bit extra for a night's sleep. If however, you are an ex con, you'll feel right at home at the Ibis.

Staff are really helpful in the hotel as I have to carry my breastmilk back to the country for my baby, and staff let me to use their staff fridge and freezer, I really appreciate it! Hotel room is small, nothing special, shower is surprisingly nice, It’s certainly a good one when you only need a night sleep and next early morning can go to the airport so quickly.
