When paid for the wheel chair accommodation but not once in our 3 night stay we could get a car park was inconvenient as we had to struggle getting up and down the stair with our disability the car parked in the car parked in parking space had no disability sticker and were always the same 2 cars which i think must have been staff from the restaurant

My dad and I stayed here when he came to visit. We stayed for two nights after he arrived in Auckland and two nights before he left. It was far enough from the city center to be quiet and close enough to the airport since I have a car. The staff was wonderful and restaurant attached had great food. If you are here on Friday, the night market is close by and worth a visit! Happy we chose this spot. There was a dirty glass in the room we stayed in the first time(looked like previous guests used and put back and is easy to miss) but rooms were very nice otherwise. The neighborhood was a mix of residential and retail.

Restaurant next door to my my room was playing music and making noise until 11PM . No one at front desk to help . Poor neighbourhood which I didn’t feel safe walking around . Literally zero options for dinner .

The room is small but cozy and very clean. There are many eateries within walking distance. The only negative is the parking lot is insufficient for the amount of rooms and the surrounding businesses.
